In biz, the “Ultimate Decision” phase usually comes after the “Burn-Out” phase. What’s
the ultimate decision? Quite simply, it comes down to these two choices: Do you try to fix what’s broken and turn your small six-figure company into a million-dollar a year company? Or… do you give up on the dream and start turning away business to reclaim some of your time?

The people who hire me fall into the first category. If you get to this point, and you break the 7-figure barrier as I have, then you’ll find that things get a lot easier… because… you will have learned how to create and implement systems in your business and let other people do the work for you.

This is one of the biggest differences between an entrepreneur and a business owner: the
business owner has learned how to let other people help him. Easier said than done, right? :-) Stay tuned…
