Let’s imagine this together: What if everyone received this training & no one in the universe judged others? What would/could this world be like? You can create that world for yourself through your desire to let judgment go. We have many tools to teach you and have only just begun to visit this topic. For instance: Practice listening in a new way; without judgment & from a neutral position, not for who is right or wrong or how you feel about what is said or who is saying it.
