“Coaching Skill: Hearing With No Judgment" …Phase I
Understanding that judgment is present in our dealing with other human beings, the first place to work on removing judgment is in our own hearing. As human beings we tend to put labels on what we hear, such as right or wrong, good or bad, happy or sad, etc. If we shift to coaching mode we believe that no one is right or wrong, good or bad…they just are…and we accept who or what people are, period.
Not an easy task I assure you.
