Thinking of Mother's Day

As I am thinking about Mother's Day I have a mix of joy and sadness. I think it is wonderful that we honor and celebrate our Mother's. At the same time I am sad that my Mother is no longer here on this planet in her human form. Even though it is going to be 11 years on May 18th that my Mother transitioned, I still feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel like it was today. There is the sense of loss and grief that has quietly remained with me.

I know my Mother is where she is to be and I am where I need to be and I accept this. Yet, the loss is always there.

I hope if your Mother is with you here and now, that you celebrate her every day and not just on Mother's day.

I honor and celebrate the life of my wonderful Mother, Helen Levine.

Fun Weekend!

This past weekend I went to visit my niece and her husband. Friday night none of us could decide where to have dinner so we finally picked a cheap buffet with a salad bar and by the time we all decided it was late. The place was almost closed up before we left.

Then when we got back to their home and my husband, Mark, found a public auction that had some of the cheapest and silliest stuff I have ever seen. We laughed over the ridiculous items people were selling.

Saturday my niece, Rachel, and I got up early and took a walk around her neighborhood. The sun was shinning, it was getting warm and the birds were singing. Her neighborhood is beautiful so we enjoyed the walk until we saw a HUGE snake on the road that had been run over:(

Then we got Mark, to join the two of us in going to the outdoor market and also in getting me shoes that I can walk in as I can't wear most of mine any longer due to my Achilles injury. He enjoyed the market and got some purchases and I am sure he wasn't thrilled with shoe shopping!

We dropped Mark off to have lunch with Rachel's husband, AJ and the two of them went for BBQ which they love and then went to the Truman Library (and were finally kicked out as they wanted to close). They both seemed to really enjoy it.

Rachel and I began our shopping mission and after hours and hours we finally landed on something.

We got back to her home and sat on the steps outside talking and later remembered we were suppossed to be making cupcakes for AJ's birthday.

Dinner was an experience. We went to the Cheesecake Factory and they had an hour wait and I was starving. While waiting we got to see all the kids in their prom attire who were waiting to dine there, too. The dresses were really puffed out and the girls seemed to all be quite large. It was strange.

During dinner Rachel and I became giddy. We laughed all the way home.

After dinner, Mark went back to work with AJ and then the two of them went shopping for foods for tailgaiting at the Indy race on Sunday. Rachel and I put the auction on again and fell asleep on the sofas!

Early Sunday AJ was shopping again. We packed the Explorer and we were off to the race!

At the race they had dogs to adopt and I fell in love with a dog named Maude. Her brother Harold was at the kennel. I couldn't transport her home though:(

We got a lot of sun and enjoyed the race.

We had dinner and again I crashed when we got home.

Monday morning Mark and I prepared to leave and Rachel took us to the airport.

The weekend was so much fun. We laughed a lot and embarrassed AJ by singing Happy Birthday while tailgaiting!

The Art of Collaboration

I am so joy-filled that I spend much of my time collaborating on projects with people I respect and I get to play with so many great minds and people of great talent. It brings me joy to work on many things and because I am willing to partner and to play with others, I can do more in the world and serve people in bigger and better ways.

I am parterning on co-authoring books, programs, products, trainings, seminars and some other BIG things I am keeping under wraps for now;)

If you are an entrepreneur or person who is a wanna-be-entrepreneur, I believe you need these skills and also need to have a few passive income streams.

If you don't, you'll be swimming upstream hard all the time while the rest of us are floating and enjoying the sun and the drinks!

Come on, party like a smart entrepreneur!

I am a Great Aunt once again:)

I am thrilled that my nephew David and his wife Stephanie have given birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl. David was sending pictures right from the delivery room so I felt like I got to be there with them. My niece Huldah did the texting when the baby was coming, so David didn't have to!

They live out in Nevada which is lucky for me, since we go there many times a year and we are going again in a few weeks.

I can't wait to see them and the baby! It is so exciting to be an Aunt and a Great Aunt! I have such joy!

We are all blessed.

Took a Walk Outside... a Miracle:)

After being stuck indoors and in casts and in wheelchairs and using walkers, today, after 7 months, I took a walk outdoors by myself! It was soooooooooooooo wonderful hearing the birds sing and seeing the flowers blooming and smelling grass and trees. Five deer crossed the road in front of me, too!

I looked at each stream and each flower and each site I saw and deeply took it in and gave thanks for the awesome things we get to experience and be blessed with on this planet and for me recovering so that I could walk outside once again!

I am grateful.

Wacky Trip To DC

I don't even know where to begin writing this and am laughing so hard as I try to do so! I had the wildest and wackiest trip to Washington, DC this past week! I know you won't get all the humor reading this as it was one of those "you had to be there" things, yet I feeeeeeeeeeeel you will still enjoy it.

Ok, so 3 women are in a car from Philly to DC... a 3 to 3 and 1/2 hour car ride. Imagine that they get lost after Baltimore and their navigation system is broken and keeps giving them wrong directions and saying we still have 5 more hours to drive, when we are within 60 minutes maximum. So, we ditch the navigation system and get close to DC. Now we find out we actually need to go to Arlington and get to Pentagon City. We keep missing the exits and pass Pentagon City over and over again. Now it is late and we are all laughing. We've had no food and have been in the car for over 4 and 1/2 hours already.

We finally take an exit that says Pentagon... once we get on the ramp, it actually says "Pentagon: Official Deliveries Only"... we come to the front of the Pentagon which is surrounded by barriers and police! We stop to look at the Pentagon and then decide we better take off before we get arrested!

Now we land in DC and are driving in circles around the monuments and at this point we just make turns any old place!

We finally get into Pentagon City and can't find the hotel. We go past where it is said to be, over and over and over again... Finally, 3 hysterical women, laughing and laughing see a few people walking. We stop them and ask them if they have seen the hotel around and they say, "we are tourists from Philly"!

Believe it or not, we got to the hotel (about 5 or 5 and 1/2 hours after we left Philly!!) and even better than that, we actually made it home!

Soul Coaching™

I have been working with a group of people on a process I call Soul Coaching™ and I am getting such great pleasure helping them create and re-create their lives from their soul purpose and life vision and inner mission. When coaching people to know what they want deep in their soul, which is very different than typical coaching, people discover their real needs and wants and find their authentic selves and inner voices. They begin to live their lives trusting their inner feeeeeeeelings and find joy easily. Flow is created and the Laws of the Universe combine to bring them what they desire and feeeeeeeeeeeeel about most. I am profoundly and deeply touched by the results my clients have achieved and know that the Soul Coaching™ process I have developed is the way to create inner truth and discovery.

I want for YOU to go inside and open up and discover who really lives in your body and mind... not the pretend person behind the mask!

People Don't Resist Change

Ok, here is a key concept that I get my corporate clients to fully digest. People don't resist change... what they resist is other people trying to change them. Whenever you want employees to flow with change you need to involve every person in your organization. We create "town meetings" where the CEO gets together once a month with all employees and asks for their opinions, their fears, their hopes and their suggestions. When you involve your employees to be part of the change process you aren't asking them to change you are making them part of the changes.

This is usually overlooked when companies try to make changes of any size within their organizations. One of the first things I do with the companies I coach is to fully and deeply explain this concept to them so they can embrace it and then we can all act on it.

Transformation Teams For Business Success

Part of the Stop Managing Start Coaching process that I wrote about in my bestselling book by the same name is about transformation teams. I am a strong believer that when people, from all levels of an organization come together and form teams, they can mastermind to create the best ideas for change and the best ways to create more success for the organization.

In my business coaching engagements I set up the teams and begin to faciliate them for a few months until there is a natural progression where the teams actually take over this process themselves. I set up the ground rules and coach when necessary and then train the others to use coaching skills and problem solving techniques and teach them about change and how organizations make changes.

One of my greatest joys as a business coach is seeing how the transformation teams break down the barriers inherent in organizations and truly transform the culture of the company!

The Culture of Organizations

In my work with organizations for the past 20 plus years, the idea of culture is one that is typically unknown to the ways organizations think. Culture is the way the majority of the employees experience work. Most managers can't tell me how employee's feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel in their work experience and they don't know why employee's don't produce better results, get along better and communicate more. When I ask if employee's feeeeeeeeeeeel valued and respected, I always get, "Yes".

When I ask employee's...it is a different story that I hear.

As I work with organizations coaching them to success I show them how a simple and inexpensive idea that an employee brings forth as a suggestion can shift employee attitudes.

What one shift can your organization make today that is fully employee generated?

Coaching for Business Transformation

As a business coach, executive coach and corporate leadership coach and best selling author of Stop Managing, Start Coaching I know that when a company brings in coaching it must be an initiative of 2 years. When I first meet with a company I devise a 2 year strategic plan where we look at what area of the organization transformation shall begin with. We co-create the selection of department/s based upon which segment of the company has the very best chance for the highest success.

We also look at what is needed to achieve their goals in terms of things like financial resources, talent resources, education and training resources, etc. And finally we look at all company systems to determine how we will systematically begin this process and keep this process moving.

Part of my process is to identify resource people called transformation teams within the organization. This team of people will become internal "coaches" continuing to guide employees and carry out the coaching initiative. Transformation teams set the company up for success by creating a coaching culture.

Leadership: The Quality Elements

While training a sales force and management team of a hospital recently, we spent a full day engaged in powerful processes and activities and learning to create an attitude and culture of quality. Quality can't be delegated; it can be lead by people in organizations who are focused on helping and assisting the organization to overcome problems.

We have 4 more days of training and then a 2 year coaching engagement and what jazzed me is that after just ONE day, these folks got the key points and on a very deep level. They embraced new skills and processes and they created solutions. I left knowing that the quality they desire will occur for them as they are feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling the quality elements resonating fully for them!

Ah, I so love working with businesses of all sizes and doing this work worldwide. What an hoor to be part of something that enhances people and business... a perfect fit.

Doing Business in Today's World

In order for companies in the United States to prosper, it is essential for them to shift from management to coaching. World competition is fierce and those companies that have created new models to run their companies are the survivors.

Most businesses in the United States continue to try to manage people. This is what is still taught in almost all MBA programs and it doesn't work. The chain of command model, or a military model, where people have to reach certain goals or results is dead. Workers, managers and supervisiors have figured out how to play games to look busy and as if they are striving for the goals.

This is short term thinking that sets up internal conflict and employee fear and cares little about the customer.

It is time to Stop Managing, Start Coaching. When I wrote this bestselling book a few years ago it was based on my work with corporations worldwide who realized the model they were using wasn't working and were open minded to a new model. They embrassed quality leadership and realized happy employees are more productive and when they are more productive the company has higher profits.

If you haven't read the book, I recommend you do and you read the examples from real companies right in the front of the book.

The CEO 13 X Process

In my professional capacity, I have owned my own businesses, held executive roles in corporations, and for the last five years, seen that a new level of coaching needed to evolve - one that no business coach or business consultant was using, no coach training school was teaching, and that was unique and special for CEO’s.

Today’s CEO can no longer be satisfied with just being a figure-head and needs to be more proactive and is often working with a team of directors or senior managers who were not necessarily of his choosing. Today’s CEO is held more accountable than ever before, and that the CEO position is more tenuous than it has ever been in the past is evident by the increasingly high turnover of CEO’s in large companies. A CEO’s success depends on the cooperation and ability of his team of Managers. The CEO needs to know how to get the best out of his management team, how to motivate them, and how to lead them. He needs their respect and desire to follow his lead.

I understand what it is like to be a CEO, and my clients, who are CEO’s, come to me because I offer them a process that uses a breakthrough technique. The technique I have created transforms how CEO’s manage and how their managers manage, which ultimately creates more profitability for the company. This is not ordinary coaching or management training, but a focused process specifically designed for the CEO position.

The CEO 13 X Process is the strategy you need to work with the psychology of managers and motivating them. It is not a coaching or management model, as those models are for the average person. CEO’s need a different process. To lead a company successfully, CEO’s need their management team to buy into THEM before they will buy into the CEO’s ideas. You are not a leader if nobody will follow you, or does so half-heartedly or begrudgingly.

I believe typical executive coaches and coaching programs for corporations are great for what they do. However, they don’t do enough and they aren’t useful to CEO’s. CEO 13 X goes above and beyond and is the only comprehensive process for the 13 behavioral patterns that have to change and incorporates the replacement strategies to implement to make a company function at a higher level. Every strategy and process needed, that has never before been taught, trained or shared, is part of the CEO 13 X Process.

Why CEO 13 X?

Corporations worldwide acknowledge the benefits of training ground-level workers, supervisors and managers, but to date, the CEO has been overlooked. That a system is needed for CEO’s is self-evident from my own professional experience with my clients.

It is my belief that management training, coaching, and most programs, books and seminars, don’t understand the CEO and often are full of theory that can’t be applied.

When I identified the 13 behavioral patterns through my work with clients, I realized no one else had documented this or was working with CEO’s to implement the strategies necessary. I decided to remove this from the “too hard basket” and create CEO 13 X, which may be difficult to grasp in a special report, and yet has clearly demonstrated it is easy to apply and get results.

These tools are the best of the best and have stood the test of time – I have used them for over 2 decades and also have clients using them with great success. CEO 13 X has been field-tested and is a proven transformational process. Technology may change, job roles may change… but people remain people, and people are the tools with which CEO’s work.

The CEO 13 X Process

There are 13 components to the CEO 13 X process. Each one is complex and depends on the next process as they work in harmony.

The components are:

1. Anti-management thinking
2. Building an emotional/behavioral framework
3. Creating healthy work rituals
4. Self-scripting
5. Self-coaching
6. Moving through irrational beliefs
7. Building trust
8. Increasing vulnerability
9. Accepting personal responsibility
10. Powerful problem solving
11. Using power and control with grace
12. The ECM communication model
13. Powerful languaging

The impact of these 13 strategies working in synergy creates more productivity and more dynamic and successful companies. Fully understanding the 13 processes takes time and are learned together as a chain. When you learn one process fully, then you integrate it with the others to develop the transformation in your company. This is not taught anywhere else and is not designed for a senior manager. The process is specific to CEOs and has impacted them to better motivate managers.

The system is based on helping CEO’s shift their thinking quickly away from management thinking and to the how-to's of creating in managers a solid emotional and behavioral framework. Once the CEO is no longer following traditional management methods, and has learned the system for evolving managers emotionally and behaviorally, then we develop in the managers the healthy work rituals they need.

As we move into the areas of self-scripting and self-coaching, the CEO typically sees managers’ motivation shift dramatically. The process works fast to move managers away from irrational beliefs and to create more trust and the ability to increase vulnerability, which leads managers to feel better about themselves and achieve more.

The CEO’s can now work on the manager’s outer presence in how to accept greater personal responsibility. In fact, problem solving becomes effortless for the managers and they also balance their power and control.

The final components of the CEO 13 X model comes from the ECM (Extraordinary Coaching Methods) communication model I created, which has been well documented in my bestseller, “Stop Managing, Start Coaching!”.

The ECM communication model is the model I used to create motivation leading to increased productivity and profitability in the companies I worked with and is the proprietary model I have been teaching to CEO’s for years. Its success is well documented. Within the CEO 13 X, it fits like a glove and establishes how to use powerful language to create a company and managers working at a new level.

Out of Whack

I am on many pain medications for my RSD and Sunday I had a toxic drug reaction from the meds so bad that I had trouble speaking, could not spoke crying, cried over anything and didn't know why, had trouble seeing and was shaking and could not think. It was terribly scary!

My wonderful friend Shannon came to be with me and her being with me and talking to me softly calmed me down enough to get me in bed and to sleep eventually.

Monday I went to one of my many docs treating me for RSD and he had a fit over what others had prescribed and called my other docs.

Today I am starting to come off the meds and am already feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling better.

Man it was frightening like I had a stroke or turned into some wild person!

Glad to back to "me"!!!!

Laws of the Universe

If you've seen The Secret or What The Bleep Do We Know and if you've been reading about the Law of Attraction, hearing about the Law of Resonance or are familiar with the works of Abraham-Hicks, you are open to giving up struggle and creating ease. You've probably played with those laws yet still don't have what you want in your life.

What you have missed is the hand-on learning and exercises that open you up and allow you to do what was impossible before. Until you shatter and destroy your limiting beliefs, these laws will never serve you. In fact there are many, many Laws of the Universe you will learn with me after you shatter those beliefs - and not before.

If you feeeeeeeeeeeeeel you are capable of living a more EXTRAordinary life but are always held back, then it is time to learn to give up your past forever to live the life you are ready to create now.

When you change how you feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel, what you believe and you change your thoughts and patterns, you will create a new and beautiful life of your dreams. You will be living from who you really are. The beautiful person in and out will shine.

As I move through my life experience I realize that what is urgent in life is health. Healthy eating, healthy moving, healthy relationships, healthy body image, healthy relationships, spiritual health, healthy self-esteem, mental and physical health.

So really, when I am coaching people I am creating more health in an aspect of their life and the aspect is tied to so many other aspects.

Coach or Therapist?

There are many business coaches in the world and a lot of different certifying organizations. Some of these produce coaches with proven track records, while others, quite frankly, are a waste of time and money.

Then there are some coaching schools that stress the importance of having a basis in clinical psychology, saying that coaching is, in effect, behavioral modification, which is what psychologists are trained to facilitate. But is that true? Psychologists are therapists. They treat sick people, and they help people who are facing stress to stay healthy despite their circumstances. Is that what you want in a coach? No! That is a very different type of behavior modification.

Seems some people are still confused about what is and isn't "coaching". A driving teacher also facilitates behavior modification---so does a track coach or a ballet instructor. But this is not therapy. These are examples of someone who knows how to do something and guiding someone else as he or she learns to do it.

In many respects, a business coach is no different to the track coach. A coach guides a person in discovering how to self-coach. The coach does not change a person's behavior or delve deep to uncover hidden "demons", but helps that person to change his own behavior or attitude to motivate him to reach the limits of his potential… to reach specific goals… to achieve a joyful and balanced lifestyle… improve their career… build a business… move forward to a successful and happy future, as determined by the client. What does that have to do with clinical psychology? Nothing. (Unless you have a deeply troubled past from which you can't escape and it prevents you from functioning in the present and moving ahead.)

A track coach needs to know how to train a body to run efficiently and how to motivate the team members. Does a track coach need a medical degree to achieve this? Of course not.

A ballet instructor needs to know how to develop the strength, grace, and poise to accomplish precise dance movements and how to build self confidence and dedication in the dance troupe.

A business coach needs to know how to become an effective manager or executive and how to awaken the ability to self-coach in the client. A track coach's job is accomplished when the team rates first place, and the ballet instructor is validated when the troupe all become professional dancers. In contrast, a therapist has succeeded when a sick person becomes a functional individual, or when a patient can face psychological stresses without further therapy. A business coach has done well when the client's confidence, ability, and motivation have developed to the point that the coach is no longer needed, or they have achieved the goal they set out to achieve with the help of the coach.

The client has not gone from illness to health, or from floundering to coping. The client has learned a new set of behaviors from an expert teacher. That is the difference. Coaching is learning, yes. Coaching is motivating, yes. Coaching is building, yes. Coaching is not therapy! Do you see yourself as a prospective driver, a hopeful athlete, or a dancer with a dream... or as a patient?

Make sure you know the difference. If you hire a Coach who is a therapist or psychologist and they start delving into your mind in ways inappropriate to "coaching", then get yourself a new coach. The "psychologist's couch" has no place in coaching… only in therapy.

A coach is interested only in your future… of course, if you have issues from your past that are preventing you from doing anything, let alone moving forward, by all means, visit a therapist! If you are sick, see a therapist.

If you want to become motivated, directed, and efficient, hire a coach.

Ok, this is nuts to me! If you watch American Idol (the only reality show I have ever watched) Sanjaya can NOT sing at all. His lack of singing ability has become a cool joke with a website pushing people to vote for him and Howard Stern with his large following backing Sanjaya. There are such talented voices yet he will stay and I guess he'll be the runner up because of this big joke to back him. How unfair to the very skilled artists out there.

I know America won't vote him off, and so does he! He came out last night all rock and roll and even sticking his tongue out frequently as if to say, "Ha, Ha, I can do anything and still be here!"

I have to say this bugs me!

Sharing A Personal Note

I want my life to be an EXTRAordinary one and since my Achilles rupture way back in September my life hasn't been as EXTRAordinary as I would like. I have RSD as a result of the injury and I have a lot of pain that I have been living with. Tomorrow I am going for my first of several spinal nerve blocks. I am hoping this will work and am expecting it will and that I will begin to be pain free so my life can be more juicy, delightful and EXTRAordinary!

I'll see you next week and let you know how I am doing!

American Idol

I rarely watch TV but for some reason, every year, American Idol pulls me in. I was pondering last evening why I was so addicted to the show. I am not a fan of Randy Jackson nor Paula Abdul, so that couldn't be it. I don't care for Ryan Seacrest and yet I watch every show!

I guess what captivates me is what I feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel for the singers. How they give their all, and how much they really want this dream ,and I get caught up with them. As I get to know them more on each show, I become engaged.

Ok, now I figured it out.

I watch because the show is about people. People going for it big. People with a big dream. People with a goal, a vision, filled with desire and passion and feeeeeeeeeeeeeling.

A Profession To Notice - Copywriting

One of the leading businesses you can start is copywriting. I have been following closely for about 7 years the business trends and this business has emerged like a rocketship blast off! I personally have used copywriters and I also learned to copywrite myself by working with Joe Vitale (from the movie The Secret). I am not talking about the word copyright which means a work is registered in the Library of Congress. I am talking about people who actually write copy such as ads, brochures, websites, papers, etc.

The Gold Friendshp

When I was a Brownie we sang a song "Make New Friends and Keep the Old, One is Silver and the Other's Gold". A Gold friend of mine had disappeared from my life for many years. I thought about her and spoke of her often and really deeply missed her.

Over the weekend she contacted me through my website! I was so thrilled and excited that if I didn't have a healing Achilles I would have jumped up and down! We connected by phone this weekend, picked right up where we left off and chatted for ages.

We are going to get together soon, too!

I am so happy to have this gold friend back in my life.

I always celebrate and honor all of my friends and am grateful to be sharing my life and work experience with others that I love. Bringing my gold friend back in my life adds more richness and dimension once again.

If you have a Gold friend you have drifted apart from, why not reach out to them?

Loosing Weight Through Intuitive Eating

Do you have a poor body image? Are you afraid to look at yourself in the mirror? I know that if you are bothered by your weight it interferes in your personal happiness. The cycle of dieting, over-eating, dieting, is not healthy and creates more difficulty in loosing weight. Notice if you look at others and compare your body shape and weight to them regularly. Observe yourself and your feeeeeeeeeeeeeelings and see if you feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel down or depressed about your body weight. Ask yourself if you are getting the amount of movement each day that your physical body needs.

If the above resonates with you, you do not have a healthy understanding of food in your life. If you are sick and tired of being in this situation I invite you to join me in the program that I found that helps you develop new strategies for success in creating a healthy lifestyle and releasing you from being overweight.

In my book, Create Your Ideal Body I talk about creating a healthy relationship with food. The book focuses on helping you to become an intuitive eater and a person who moves their body. It uses self coaching techniques where you create new scripts and new programs in your mind and you fully release old stories, old triggers and old patterns. By following this program you improve your self-image and body image.

When I recently discovered a book on releasing fat I felt it blended well with the message of Create Your Ideal Body and added a component of having you naturally end cravings and desire for carbs. For me, after day 3 of reset I no longer craved carbs at all and I have been a carb addict for years! I completed reset and then went on the the transform program which again is very similiar to my book as it doesn't restrict your choices (except for a small list of foods) and those foods are only restricted for 28 days.

I have become a raving fan of this product.

My entire story appears here and I invite you to check it out: http://losefatnow.usana.com/mystory_en.cfm

10 Creative Lead Generation Strategies to Grow Your Business

10 Low Cost Ways to Generate Leads for Your Business

As a small business owner, it’s vitally important to continually generate high quality leads for your business. This report focuses on 10 low cost, highly effective lead generation strategies for your business.

1) A-Z List

The A-Z list is a creative technique designed to help you keep track of all the contacts you’ve made or would like to make. It helps you gather, in one place, a complete list of possible sources for well-qualified leads. Creating the initial list might take some time, but after this, you will have a continual source of people, places, and companies to connect with and with whom you can share your products and services.

In order to begin the list, you’ll need a three-ring notebook. You will label the first page with the letter “A”, and then place a few empty filler pages behind this letter, then label another page “B”, and add some empty pages, then label another page “C” and add some empty pages- continue this for the entire alphabet. Once you’ve set it up, it’s time to start filling it in.

Starting with any letter, begin to write down all the people, places, names of companies, cities, anything and everything that begins with that letter- aim for an exhaustive list.

For example, for the letter “A”, you might have: Acme stores, Alan (my cousin), AT&T, Adidas, Air Jordan… etc.

Generate a similar list for each letter of the alphabet. Once you’ve completed this, you’re ready for the next step.

Now, each time you meet someone new, add his/her name to your A-Z list. It’s wise to spend about 10-15 minutes, faithfully, each week, adding to your list. In this way, you begin to amass an ongoing, growing database of people you know, companies you might do business with, and people you’d like to meet.

Very soon, you’ll have an extensive list of potential leads.

The A-Z list is a wonderful, creative tool for expanding your thinking about how and where you might generate new business. In fact, in the process of explaining it, I had several new ideas, myself.

2) Mind Mapping

This is another creative lead generation technique to help you solve any problems or blocks around generating more leads. It can be a fun, inspiring process.

In order to mind-map a solution, you’ll need a piece of paper and a pen or pencil. You might want to save your mind maps in some kind of binder or folder as they are good resources to refer back to periodically.

Once you have a piece of paper, write the ‘problem’ or ‘question’ in the middle of the page. For example, “how can I bring more customers into my business?” You place a circle around this question, and then draw a series of spokes moving outward from this circle (like the sunrays in a child’s drawing). At the end of each sun ray, you quickly and easily write out a possible solution- or, in some cases, a word or phrase that comes to you. Once you have written a word or phrase, you then circle that and draw additional sunrays from that circle and repeat the process. So the page will end up looking like a series of suns, each connected by a line or idea.

Mind-mapping is a good technique for accessing your creative/intuitive possibilities and can provide a roadmap of next steps to take.

3) Email Newsletter/Ezine

Starting an email newsletter or ezine is both a marketing and a lead generation technique. In order to set up a newsletter, you basically need to figure out a name, find people to subscribe, and make it a point to offer relevant, useful, informative and valuable content.

An email newsletter is most effective if it’s sent out at least monthly- this enables you to continue to educate your current customers, potential customers, and new prospects about your business and the value you can provide them. Remember, your customer/prospect always wants to know- “what’s in it for me?”- so you want to keep the focus of your email newsletter on solving your customer’s problems. You don’t want to use the whole publication as an advertisement for your business. Instead, and much more effective, would be to subtly showcase your expertise. Use case studies, client examples, occasional testimonials, and your own expertise and knowledge to make your newsletter one that people eagerly sign up for and can’t wait to receive.

The advantages of email newsletters are that they are inexpensive to produce, easy to send out, and offer a means for customers to click through to your website or sales pages if they would like more information. The downsides, though, are that they can be seen as somewhat impersonal (maybe not good for businesses which focus on high touch service- like salons, spas, etc.) and people might feel overwhelmed by email and quickly unsubscribe. If you are providing good, usable content, though, very often your subscribers will stay with you for years. Be sure to highlight customer appropriate changes to your business- i.e. did you just recently
extend hours? Did you hire a new manager? Are you doing some charity or volunteer work that they might like to know about?

4) Contests/Giveaways

Contests or giveaways can be a really fun way to generate interest and excitement in your business. The majority of people enjoy obtaining something for free, and the higher the perceived value, the more excited people are to participate. A great way to use this to generate leads is to offer an item for free if people take a specified action (i.e. visit your website, sign up for your newsletter, know the right answer to a question).

Contests are most effective when there is some element of challenge- too easy and people quickly lose interest, too hard, and people don’t want to play anymore. Also, it’s best to kind of spread out these types of offerings. A contest every month might be too much, but a contest once a quarter (perhaps tied to the season, or a theme) might be just perfect. Be sure to get pictures of the winner and/or written testimonials about your contest. This will encourage more and more people to participate. Since they will be entering the contest to win a prize, you can also make some educated guesses about what kinds of products/services they might be interested in. Once you’ve held a contest or giveaway, you can also follow up with people and ask them what other products/services they might like to see offered for a contest or giveaway. This will tell you what your customers really want and need, and you can then step in to address this need.

These are really fun, and people love to win- so you might create a tip sheet or small product/package to give away and start holding contests/giveaways to increase your customer base.

5) Updates to Your Website

Updating your website is an important lead generation technique, and is a way to retain your current customers or clients. The main purpose of your website should be to educate and inform the consumer; to encourage him or her to stay aware of your business and to take the next step when s/he has a problem you can solve. The more current you keep your website, the more likely you are to have a flow of new leads and potential customers coming into your business.

Many people forget that people searching the Internet are often looking for information to solve a problem or answer a question. The more relevant content you have on your website, the more likely customers will come to you to solve their problems. You will want to continually update your offerings, sharing new, relevant links, resources, articles, products- anything that will serve your customer. You can announce these updates in your email newsletters and/or in any direct/print mailings. Give people a reason to visit, and they will. Give them frequent valuable updates, and they will keep coming back.
Of course, the more they come back, the easier it is to gain their trust, and to build your visibility and credibility. Once a customer has visited your website, s/he is more likely to sign up for your email newsletter. Once s/he has read your email newsletter for a while, s/he is more likely to attend a free informational call or seminar. Once s/he has attended a seminar or requested more information, s/he is more likely to purchase a product or service. Once s/he has purchased a product or service, s/he is more likely to purchase another. And so on.
So providing good, solid website content is a great way to generate repeat business and new leads- plus, it’s generally very cost-effective, and gives you a great deal of credibility and visibility with your target customers.

6) Storyboarding

Storyboarding is another creative lead generation technique which can aid those of you who are visual thinkers or visual planners. In this process, you will take a series of sticky notes (like Post-It Notes) and you create space on a blank wall in your office. At one end of the wall you put where you are now (Point A) and, at the other end of the wall, you put your desired outcome (Point B) - for example: 10,000 new customer names. Then, with the remaining Post It Notes, you chart out (map out) all the steps which go from Point A to Point B. It’s good, in this process, to just let the ideas flow- get as many sticky notes up on the wall as you can.

This is a great visual brainstorming technique because it not only allows you to generate many ideas of how to get from Point A to Point B, but it also then allows you to move the sticky notes around to define the next steps and the next set of actions you’ll take to move from Point A to Point B.

This works especially well for defining processes that are complex, and those which might involve input from other sources. It can also be a great tool for defining and diagramming your lead generation strategies and noting how/where each strategy will drop a lead into your marketing cycle, so you can plan how much follow up is needed and track time to completed sale.

7) Free (Tele)Classes or Workshops

Offering a free “sample” or “taste” of what you can do is a great way to showcase your experience and generate interest in your business. A free (tele)class or (tele)workshop enables you to easily make contact with many interested prospects at one time, saving you the time and effort of arranging individual meetings. These classes or workshops can be on any topic you feel is valuable and informative to those you wish to serve.

Use these classes as a platform for sharing your knowledge, helping build your visibility, and increasing your credibility among your target market. It’s a proven psychological fact that the more people know you, the more they will like you (if they are predisposed to do so)- so the more you have contact with people, the more they will like you, and ultimately, will buy what you’re offering.

It is very easy to arrange a telephone-based class or an in-person class. For telephone classes, you’ll need to obtain a teleconference line (also known as a phone-bridge) and these can be had inexpensively from various services providers on the internet. Once you have obtained the bridge, you will set the class date, decide on a topic, develop it, and invite anyone who might be interested in attending. Participants pay their own long distance charges into the phone line. Have some way of tracking who attends, and offer something valuable as a “thank you” for attending- this will activate prospects and move them further into the sales cycle.

To arrange an in person class, you’ll follow very much the same process, except you’ll need to reserve physical space- a location- instead of a telephone line.

Workshops and classes are a great way to create a fast inflow of new leads into your business.

8) Direct Mail

Direct mail refers to any promotional or business item you will mail out to prospects. It might include business cards, postcards, brochures, advertisements, etc. This strategy is especially useful for those of you who work in a well-defined geographic location and/or can tightly segment out your market population.

In this process, you directly mail potential customers/prospects and invite them to visit your store, visit your website, sign up for a contest, or give them something for free.

The action you want them to take is one that will bring them into your business- so, at minimum, you want to have a way to capture their interest level (like having them go to a special page on your website and entering a promotional code so you know they came from your direct mail piece), and some way of following up in the future. Give them some valuable information, invite them to a free class or workshop, have them stop by for a free sample, or join a contest or giveaway. Encourage them to leave their comments, to call you if they have questions. In short, start to build a relationship with them.

In this example, you’ll find that lead generation can become even more effective when you combine various methods. Most businesses would benefit from some combination of direct mail and another lead generation strategy.

9) Coopetition

Coopetition is a term coined to define a mix of “cooperation” and “competition”.

This concept refers to the idea that you can partner with your competitors to increase your leads and sales. There are various ways to accomplish this, but one approach might look like this: You have customers in your database who have not bought from you, or who have expressed interest in products you don’t carry- but your competitor does. Your competitor may have similar names in his database. In a coopetitive arrangement, you both agree to share the names of customers which would benefit the other business, and, in an ethical, appropriate manner, you begin to market to these prospects that your competitor could not convert.

So you cooperate to trade names, and then serve your own business by marketing directly to those people. Another way to apply this concept is to partner or link with a firm that works with a similar group- but not exactly the same. For instance, let’s say that you sell products/service to companies under $25million in sales- you might partner with a firm that works with companies over $25million in sales. You each agree to share appropriate leads- you would send all $25m- customers to them, and they would send all $25m+ customers to you. This means, essentially, that you each work together (cooperate) to build your own businesses (compete).
Coopetition is different from a joint venture (discussed below), because coopetition really encourages you to run your business for yourself and you won’t necessarily share the profits. Again, there are many other ways to use this strategy, but coopetition can be very powerful when used intentionally and thoughtfully.

10) Joint Ventures

Joint venturing is another way to team up with other businesses. In this model, you team up with another business which offers products that are geared to your target market. For example, a joint venture might be created between a company selling vitamins and one selling fitness equipment (based on the supposition that people who buy vitamins also exercise). Customers who purchase fitness equipment might be given a coupon for a free bottle of vitamins- or people who buy a particular brand of nutritional supplement (let’s say for joint pain) might be given a discount coupon for a piece of fitness equipment that relieves joint pain and/or strengthens your joints.

What separates a joint venture from coopetition is that, in a joint venture, people are partnering together and there is some compensation traded for the arrangement. In a coopetitive agreement, this might not be the case. A coopetitive agreement is, often, a “trade in kind”- I give you one name, you give me one name. A joint venture, however, is more of a partnership- where the participants split or share the profits resulting from the joint venture. An affiliate program might be another type of joint venture arrangement- affiliates sell for you, and you each share the profits. In essence, you have created a type of “joint venture” to sell the product.

Joint ventures are powerful because they use the concept of multiplication- when two people come together, each bringing their networks and spheres of influence, the synergy that is created can generate exponential growth for both partners.

Joint ventures are a great way to get out in front of a related, but separate, group and showcase your products and offerings. By joint venturing with another company, you are leveraging your marketing efforts and will be gaining more possible customers with much less effort. Some skilled joint venturers will create 3, 4, 5 way links- where each partner links to the 4 others. Again, joint ventures can be great lead generation strategies and their scope is limited only by your own creativity.

So then, this is a list of 10 very effective lead generation strategies for your business. If you want to build your business quickly, implement and follow through on as many strategies as you can. Get out there and happy leading!

The 12 Criteria of The Ideal Business

Paine Webber™ is a major American financial company that defines “The Ideal Business” as having the following twelve (12) points. If a business has just three (3) of these points it is considered to be a good investment.

The Coaching Institute receives a checkmark in all twelve (12) categories thereby making it "The Ideal Business"! [Note: P means that my company meets the following criteria!]

1. The Ideal Business sells the world rather than a single neighborhood. In other words, it has an unlimited global market. P
2. The Ideal Business offers a product, which enjoys an Inelastic demand. (Inelastic refers to a product that people need or desire almost at any price.) P
3. The Ideal Business markets a product that cannot be easily copied. This means that the product is an original or, at least is something that can be copyrighted or patented. P
4. The Ideal Business has minimal labor requirements. The fewer personnel, the better. P
5. The Ideal Business operates on a low overhead. It does not need an expensive location. It does not need large amounts of electricity, or advertising, or legal advice, or high-priced employees, or a large inventory. P
6. The Ideal Business does not require big cash outlays or major investments in equipment or product. In other words, it does not tie up your capital. P
7. The Ideal Business enjoys cash billing. In other words, it does not tie up your capital with lengthy or complex credit terms. P
8. The Ideal Business is relatively free of all kinds of government regulations or strictures. P
9. The Ideal Business is portable or easily moveable. This means you can take your business and yourself anywhere you want to. P
10. The Ideal Business satisfies your intellectual needs and promotes personal growth and excellence. There is nothing like being fascinated with what you do. P
11. The Ideal Business leaves you with free time. In other words, it doesn't require intensive labor and attention for 12, 16, or more hours a day. P
12. The Ideal Business is one in which your income is not limited by your personal output (Leverage). In the Ideal-Business, you can have 10,000 and more customers as easily as you can have one. P

A few additional categories not on Paine Webber’s list that are also met by The Coaching Institute…

a) Men and women are paid equally whether married, divorced, single, etc P
b) No background checks P
c) No mandatory drug tests P
d) No educational requirements or past experience necessary P
e) No preference regarding race, gender, nationality, heritage, social status, belief, etc. P

Re-set Your Weight

I was given a book a few months ago that I read with great interest about re-setting your body to loose weight more easily and loosing carbohydrate cravings. It was written by a doctor and was very interesting to me. He mentioned some products that support this way of eating and I kept them in mind.

During the radio show I do with Raven, we were interviewing someone who talked about this program and the products.

It was synchronistic, so I had to connect with the guest after the show.

I did and I got the products.

I just finished a 5 day re-set and lost weight and inches and feeeeeeeeeeeel really good and am not interested in carbs like I was at all!

If you want to re-set, email me directly and I'll get you some info: Terri@TerriLevine.com.

Why Network Marketers Fail

Network marekting can be one of the greatest business opportunities. There is no other business that offers the potential for passive income with such a small investment. What people fail to think about is that network marketing IS a business! It is not a way to get rich quick. In addition to not taking network marketing as a business people also fail because they have limiting beliefs that they need to overcome.

Here are the top limiting beliefs I see as a coach to network marketing organizations and some tips on overcoming them.

The Top 30 Limiting Beliefs (And Their Solutions)
For Building Your Own Business

30 Doubting Statements Around Network Marketing

I don’t know how to sell
I feel better when I look at this as serving.

I do not have enough friends to build a team
We each meet an average of 3-5 new people a week.

I do not want anyone hanging up on me
I know I am offering a great opportunity and it is their loss.

I don’t know what to say
I have a few great, easy scripts I can use.

What if it takes too long and I run out of money
I can schedule this amongst other money making endeavors.

My leads want to be called in the morning and I can only call at night
I have an assistant who is able to make the calls or I can swap leads with someone on my team.

I tried something like this before and failed
This is a unique opportunity and offers a lot of support.

I already invited all my friends to another opportunity so I don’t have anyone to call
I can find one new person to talk to this week and I can place an ad.

I feel responsible for my team’s success
We are all in this together and my approach is to coach them to be successful.

I might get someone into this that can’t afford it and their debt will be my fault
The system, if worked properly, allows each of us to generate income fast. This is a great opportunity to build a successful business at low cost.

I’m worried my friends won’t like it and then they won’t like me
I will feel better if I share this opportunity rather than they learn of my success and that I could have told them.

What if someone gets angry that I called
I do not take such things personally. I do not waste time on those that do not appreciate my offer. There are many more that do want to hear about this.

This is more work than I thought
I schedule the amount of time on this that easily fits into my schedule.

This is hard
I can talk to my team and see how those succeeding are making it easy.

I’m afraid
I have the support of a team and can ask for help.

I’ve never been successful at my own business before
I can ask my team leaders and what they have done to create successful teams.

Most businesses fail in the first year
This is an opportunity with an established business that I am now part of.

I don’t like telemarketers calling me so how can I call people
I can call people at their requested time by using a form on my website and I can send out an email to my leads prior to calling.

I can’t get a hold of anyone on my team
If someone is not serious about being a team player I do not have time or room for them on my team.

I don’t want to bother my team leader
I want to support my team so they must too.

I had to find this opportunity myself so other people should find it on their own
I want to share this popportunity with as many people as I can. I want to make it easier for them to find it than it was for me.

If someone is meant to be a part of this it will find them
I can help facilitate their opportunity by helping it find them.

What if someone doesn’t like the products, will they blame me?
It is up to each of us to try the products and decide for ourselves.

I’m not good on the phone
I can look at this like a conversation with a friend and then it becomes easy.

I’ll just email my leads and if they are interested they’ll call me
What if they have some fears about making a call and I can make it easier for them.

I don’t like to work alone
I have the support of my team and can find a buddy to work with.

What if this is a hoax
This opportunity was created by a person of very high integrity who is very visible in the system and the company is a well established reputable company.

It can’t be that easy to make money
This is just a story of mine and I have evidence that many are already making lots of easy money through this process.

It takes 3 years to turn a profit in business and I don’t have that long
This opportunity is different in that it is built on a business that IS already profitable. Many members are already profitable.

The words Network Marketing turn people off
I will recognize the network serving that I am providing.

Bonus
It seems like no-one else on my team knows how to do this so I’m going to have to build their teams for them to build my own success
I will continue to coach my team for success and teach them the sure ways to easily create a large, highly successful team.

Empowering Learning

The Coaching Institute is the leader in the field of coaching. It is critically important that professionals learn a practical approach to coaching clients. Students we train view clients as comprehensive, complete and whole and they embrace them for who they are and know by coaching them they can empower them to make the changes they want in their lives and work. As coaches, our students put into practice the coaching core competencies they have learned and educate clients to use these same competencies in their lives and work.

Our model of training coaches is empowering and then our coaches empower their clients using a similiar model.

The Coaching Institute is unique in blending tools, curriculum, structure, support, marketing help, flexibility, focus, communication and and overall being a coach vs. doing coaching experience.

I firmly hold and strongly believe that our clients also need structure and curriculum and tools and they want our support and help. They also need to be focused yet flexible and learn to use the coaching by tapping into their own inner coach and their own inner guidance system.

To me, you know you are coaching great when a client uses coaching on their own!

What is Spirituality?

As a Soul Coach I am often asked what is spirituality? To me spirituality means that you have an inward feeeeeeeeeeeeeling of a spirit or power greater than you. It also means you can turn to this spirit or power or God with your life issues and get courage and guidance. It is the outside relationship you feeeeeeeeeeeel with something greater than yourself that gives you strength and power. And finally, it is the combination of faith and hope and love that you can live by which will make your life experience more EXTRAordinary.

Soul coaching is my process to help people discover who they are and to develop and strengthen their spiritual connection. It is a way to set yourself free and deeply know who you are and honor and love yourself.

7 Deadly Mistakes Network Marketers Make

Network marketing is a great way to have a business, create income, freedom and a life and lifestyle. The problem is most network marketers make some or all of these 7 deadly mistakes and then don't make money from network marketing.

Here are the mistakes and what to do about them!

Mistake 1: They believe they can get wealthy fast doing little or nothing

Sure that sounds great but the truth is building any business takes time and energy. It would be great to imagine yourself on a beach in Tahiti while money rolls in and you do nothing. You can't start a business that way, though! Many network marketers fail just because they believe they don't need to work.

You wouldn't start up a restaurant and then sit home and do nothing! You'd work that business and take it serioulsy as a business! I am not saying you have to work it full time, but you DO have to work at it.

Money flows in to those who are persistent and who work at network marketing.

Mistake 2: They believe they don't have to market and sell.

They believe the company will feed them leads or that CD's or DVD's or meetings or 3 way calls will bring them all the customers and business associates they need. So, they have no background in sales and marketing and don't learn those skills. Again, if you started your own business you'd find ways that are comfortable for you to market and sell.

Mistake 3: They believe they can market solely through the Internet

Sure you can get leads from the Internet and some companies have great lead generators and autoresponders for you to use. But here is the catch. People buy from people and people join a team because of people. You must be willing to spend time talking to leads and building relationships with them. Without the personal connection, you'll have leads and no business and make no money.

Mistake 4: They believe the product/company will sell it self

No matter how hot the product or service or industry nothing sells itself. If you believe this hype you'll end up doing nothing and making nothing. If you have a product/service you are passionate about that is great, but they won't sell themselves. You still need sales and marketing and relationship building if you are going to succeed. Sure the company might succeed, but I am talking about YOUR success!

Mistake 5: Anyone can do it

No the only ones that do it successsfully are the ones willing to build relationships, speak to people, share the products/services and opportunity and use marketing and selling skills. People willing to learn these skills and these processes and then make them their own and do them regularly and consistently WILL make money... those who don't do these things can not be successful.

What I want you to get is that network marketing can be done well and you can make a lot of money at it (I know as I do!) and coach others to also. It is done by learning skills and tools, putting those to work and going through the process of self growth and business building.

If you are willing to learn and work a business, I think network marketing is a fantastic choice!

Spiritual Health is Essential For a Healthy Life

Most people are so focused on caring for their physical body; they forget to care about their emotional and spiritual body. They don’t see themselves as spirits having a human experience. Even if you don’t agree that you are a spirit having a human experience, I am certain you do agree on having some spiritual nature or essence.

Our lives are comprehensive and include mind, body and spirit. When you fulfill your spiritual health you have a more joy-filled life and feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel more connected to others and to yourself.

Spiritual health is a belief in a spirit or power that is greater than you and that has the wisdom upon which you can rely. It is recognition of a relationship with something outside of you. Spiritual health includes having a healing attitude that you bring to problems in your life experience as well as self-love and self-acceptance. Here are the keys to spiritual health to create YOUR healthy life:

Letting go:

Not holding guilt or control and forgiving yourself and others. Forgiving and forgetting and not holding hate or bad feelings. Letting go of the burden of anger to increase your own well-being.

Gratitude:

Being thankful for your life and all the blessings you receive, even the smallest ones. Instead of living from negative and self-defeating thoughts shifting to appreciation and positive aspects of people and things. When you are grateful you allow in more health and wellness in your entire life!

Feeeeeeeeeeeling Peaceful:

Choosing to feeeeeeeeeeeeeel tranquility and peace means you have faith and believe in the power and presence of some higher being or spirit. This lets you feeeeeeeeeeeeeel peaceful even during life’s chaos of troubles, sorrows and pains. You know that there is always hope and that things are going according to a higher plan. It is choosing to “let go and let God.”

Loving:

Spiritual health includes showing love and concern and generosity to others and reaching out to others. Loving relationships with others increase your spiritual well being.

My wish for you is to know that the higher power, whatever that is to you, loves you and created you as a beautiful gem, even with your flaws. Love yourself, love others and be gentle and kind and loving and know that there is a love for you that is always there and that comes from a higher power. Let this spiritual sense into your heart and you will create more peace and joy and live a juicy, fuller and healthier life.

Distance Learning and Coaching

Distance learning is sophisticated way to train coaches who are already professionals. The Internet allows us to close the distance and enhance the coach training experience. With a self-study, self-paced experience you can learn from the privacy of your home or work, at days and times that serve you best and learn as quickly or slowly as you desire.

Coaching students who do best in this career have a common desire to work from home, make about 1-2k a week as they transition to a full time career over time, or simply work part time as a hobby or to earn extra income for themselves or their families. They are typically in service oriented professions such as massage therapy, physical therapy, Chiropractic, speech therapy, nutrition, sports/fitness, healthcare, psychology, business, etc.

They want to learn coaching to enhance their careers or to form the foundation of their new part time or full time business.

I believe the best coaches live coaching!

News From My Doctor

Today I went to the Orthopod to see what the status was on my healing and I got a good news/bad news response... my foot is healing (not healed, but healing)... I do have RSD :( That is Reflexive Sympathetic Dystrophy which is something I will need to continue to remain on the neurological nerve blockers for. I am now seeing a neurologist to get me started in a pain therapy program which they are hoping will help relieve the pain in about 15-18 months.

I am still happy as my foot is healing and I do not need surgery and I can walk more, bike, start to work out a bit, and I can drive once I get used to the pain blockers neurological effects. So, that's the story as of today.

Thank you for the good thoughts and wishes.

Fear of Success

Posted 2/15/07

As I continue to train and work with coaches and as I coach my own clients, I see many people having difficulty handling fear of success. This fear of success comes from an old story or pattern that they are not good enough. This fear results in them losing their motivation to grow, to achieve and to succeed.

I help them establish new behavior patterns and new beliefs and feeeeeeeeeeling to overcome this old story.

To begin this process we look at their life and where they had fear of success.

If you want some free coaching advice, here it is:

Create an autobiography of your life and age by age write down when/where and how you had fear of success.

The first step in changing our stories is knowing what we are thinking.

The Pain of Working At a Job You Don't Like

Posted 2/13/07

So many people really desire not to commute to work... not to spend hours and hours each day away from their homes and their families... not to work for a paycheck... not to do work that they don't feeeeeeeeeeeeel rewarded for and actually dread going to work and are miserable at their jobs. They stay stuck working for someone or a company and making that company profitable while they are underpaid and under- appreciated. They struggle each day to get up and get motivated enough to go back to work and do their boring work. They feeeeeeeeeel stuck as they need the paycheck and health benefits and they are missing out on living their lives and being with their families, having hobbies, having time for themselves and their lives go by with no meaning and the hopes of someday retiring and finally enjoying their lives then.

This pains me.

What I believe people want is what I wanted and created for myself... a life that allows you to do work you enjoy, that allows you to work from home, work far less hours and make way more money and having you feeeeeeeeeeel rewarded and appreciated. You can have the time with your family, friends, hobbies and to live your life instead of letting it pass by while you work for a company that can easily replace you without a thought.

Stop being afraid to live the life you were meant to be.

You are creating your own pain and suffering by believing you are stuck in a JOB.

You can make the transition and earn $50k or more within 6 months.

I did it and taught thousands of others to do the same.

If you really want help, I'll show you the formula.

If not, stay stuck, be miserable and blame yourself:(

Does this sound familiar to you?

Posted 2/12/07:

You have been considering doing work that you enjoy and no longer commuting to a job where you are unpaid, undervalued and overworked.

You have some ideas of what you might want to do.

You fear you won't be able to pay the bills, so you keep on going to work every day and feeling down.

Late at night you dream about doing your own business and being more fully connected with people.

You know there is more to your life.

You know you are smart and you can do other things that are more valuable to others than the current work you do.

You feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel trapped.

You fear investing money and loosing money.

So, you quiet your dream.

I want to acknowledge you for having a dream and now I want to encourage you to stick with your dream. Most people give up their dreams and don't create joy and ease in their lives.

I honor you for having the desire to build a new way of life and work.

I know it is scarey and yet I also know how wonderful it feeeeeeeeeeeeeels to do the work you love while serving others and getting paid what you deserve and having the freedom to live your life, too!

I want for you to live life on your own terms and understand you can do this.

If you are serious about having the life you want stop fighting for it and allow me to assist you in getting there.

You deserve to be a success on your own terms and not giving 40-60 hours a week to someone else who gets rich and has their dreams come true. To reach your dreams you have to be your own boss.

You can have your own business and what you need is someone who will guide you.

I am proud of the clients and students who have followed my methods and created success on their own terms.

They no longer wander to a job, but they have made massive changes in creating their own businesses where they are wildly rewarded.

If you don't know where to start let me hold your hand and make it happen with you.

I want for YOU to create the life and work of your dreams like I have.

More About Israel

Posted 2/9/07

As I was reflecting today I realized that my trip to Israel was eye opening. The ancient sites we saw, the many religions all coming to sites to view and tour and the feeeeeeeeeeeeeeling I got from the land and the people has made a huge impact on me. I am reading emails from people at my events and feeeeeeeeeeeling loved and appreciated and connected. I have been journaling about the feeeeeeeeeeeeling I had in the Dead Sea of floating with ease and then standing up with ease and how this has helped my healing of my Achilles... seeing myself stand with such ease.

I had an experience in Israel that added deeply to my life and am choosing to hold that experience and use it in how I respond to the world around me. I am taking my new emotional point of view and blending it into my work and my life.

I have such gratitude for this experience and look foward to speaking in other places around the globe!

My Trip to Israel

Posted 2/8/07:

I can't say enough about my trip to Israel! The coaching conference was amazing and they did an awesome job of packing the house with wonderful, excited, and open-minded people. I found all the people loving and giving and generous and felt appreciated and connected.

During my workshops I got to know many people on an individual basis and was in awe of their intelligence and love. I have never been anywhere in the world (and I travel a lot!) where the people are so engaged and caring.

We spent time touring after the conference and got to tour with the other speakers from around the world. I found them interesting, enlightening and such fun to travel and tour with.

The State of Israel is beautiful! Mountains, sea, sand, desert and so much ancient history and interest of every religion. I want to go back soon as there was so much to see and do and not enough time to fit it all in!
I had the honor and privledge of meeting the Acting President and Speaker of the Knesset, Dalia Itzik. We met her while having dinner in a local restaurant and she invited us to come for a personal tour of the Knesset! We had a private tour and got to spend a great deal of time asking questions and got to meet with her (she even invited us to lunch) and I got to sit in her chair at the Knesset!

What a warm place to go. I highly recommend everyone spend time seeing the history and connecting with various religions and meeting EXTRAordinary people!

I will be going back as soon as I am invited to speak again and I hope this is soon!

Personal Coaching with Terri

Hi! It's Rachel in Terri Levine's office, and I've got some really exciting news to share.

Have you been wanting to personally coach with Terri, but you've been holding off because you just can't afford her rates? Then you're gonna' want to jump on this offer TODAY...

A few months ago, Terri launched her exclusive Dream Racers program in which she personally coached 20 individuals to accelerated success. Unfortunately, demand for this closed-door program was much larger than Terri's time allowed, and hundreds of highly qualified individuals had to be turned away. In fact, demand was so great, Terri decided to develop the entire 6-month program into a home study course, and the course is finally ready.

I've taken a look at the program, and I can tell you, it is really powerful. I can't believe she did this, but in the course, Terri actually reveals her secret coaching tools that you can use to achieve ANY goal in ANY area of you life. The program is incredibly motivating, and after using it, your self-confidence is going to soar through the roof.

No more struggling to reach those goals that always seem just beyond your grasp. Terri will teach you her life-changing techniques for increasing your goal achieving ability. In fact, according to one of the original Dream Racers, "The program acts like an energy drink that stimulates you to take action."

And speaking of taking action, I suggest you take action soon. You see, Terri is currently in Israel at a speaking engagement that she is really excited about (I'm sure she'll tell you more about it when she gets back). And while she's gone, I've decided to offer a discount on the Dream Racers Home Study Program. It's already priced WAY BELOW its value, but if you act before February 8 (when Terri gets back) you'll save even more!

But you need to grab your copy now, because when Terri gets back on February 8, I need to have everything back to business as usual. So do yourself a favor, don't set this aside and say to yourself "I'll do it February 7." Get over to the web site NOW, while it's still fresh on your mind, and take advantage of my very own, first ever discount.

Don't you owe it to yourself to finally achieve those goals that you KNOW you deserve?

Thanks for your time, and here's to your success,
