Chronic Dissatisfaction

Often human beings feeeeeeeeeeeel that when x happens they'll be happy. When they loose weight, buy a new home, get married, get a new job, make more money, etc.

Then as they achieve these desires they find they still aren't happy. The suffer from a feeeeeeeeeling of chronic dissatisfaction.

In my experience as a life coach I believe this feeeeeeeeeeeeling comes from them not knowing at a very deep level what they really do want and not understanding who they authentically are and what their core desires are.

Life coaching is a powerful process of self-discovery beyond any self help books or tapes and takes you deep into your subconcious to understand who you are and what brings you joy.

Although we as humans don't like change, life coaching allows us to make the transformations needed to shift your beliefs, programs, stories and patterns so you let in greater happiness.

Life coaching is about finding the real meaning in your life and then living from your core purpose.

So many of us go around each day pretending we know who we are and what we want that we buy the old stories and patterns and programs our patterns gave us and don't allow ourselves to live authentically.

My mission is to serve others so they can connect with their true core self and live from the place of ultimate joy being the beautiful gem they are!

Personal Success Stories

We’re seeing an explosion of interest from the media on Life Coaching. They just love to profile personal success stories of real people. Many of you have told me over the years that if there was ever anything you could do to help spread the word, I should let you know. Magazines are always interested in life coaching related success stories, so if you’d like to tell the world about your Life Coaching experience please email me (at terri@terrilevine.com) with the story of your experience. Tell me how Life Coaching has helped you in ways other self-help forms had failed to. Be sure and provide as much contact information and detail as possible.

If your Life Coaching success story is what the media is looking for, and you are willing to be profiled in a magazine or newspaper and help others in a similar situation discover how life coaching just might be the answer to their prayers too, email me as soon as possible. Once the press is turned on to a story idea they’re anxious to move ahead, so don’t wait if you’d like to share your story with others.

Thanks to so many of you for all the wonderful feedback on your Life Coaching experiences over the years. I hope to hear that many of you are ready, willing and able to share your experiences with others as media interest in this life changing, transformational and effective process of Life Coaching begins to explode!

Getting Over Thanksgiving…

Were you thankful this year? Did you have a list? Yes? No? If you didn't have a list... if things are soooo bad for you that there was not one single thing you felt thankful for, go check out my blog at http://www.comprehensivecoachingu.com/Blog/2006/11/happy-thanksgiving.html

Otherwise, let's assume you were thankful for what you have and you didn't burn the turkey and you got through Thanksgiving this year relatively unscathed and feeling "grateful".

Don't leave it there...build on what you have so you will have even more to be grateful and thankful for next year, unless of course, you have reached what you consider to be the pinnacle of your life and have no desire to change a thing.

If you do have the desire to change something - work on it now. Start now. Keep a journal so that next year, you can see what new things have arrived for you to be thankful for at Thanksgiving. You don't have to only be thankful for things that are personal to you - you can be thankful that where you live is safe... that your family is safe... that your son won his...whatever...competition... that you got your promotion...that nothing in your house broke down and needed expensive repairs the past 12 months... that you got the loan for that new car... that your other child, the naughty one, stayed out of jail... that your Aunt who has been ill, got better... that your neighbor who made life hell has moved and you have a new, friendlier tenant living next door...

Start your journal now so next Thanksgiving you will have no trouble finding many things to be thankful for. Sometimes, so many things happen within the space of 12 months that we simply forget and we just need the reminder!

Happy Thanksgiving

We live in a society where we take things for granted and sometimes we don't realize just how much we do have to be thankful for.

Consider this... The A family go shopping for thanksgiving, loading up with the largest turkey, the finest treats and maybe splash out on new dinnerware. They are accustomed to this lavish lifestyle - it's all they've known. It doesn't occur to them to be thankful for their very fortunate, lavish lifestyle and they take it for granted.

The B family go shopping and can only afford a chicken with some simple vegetables, and somebody is going to bake some home-cooked pies for dessert. The chipped dinner plates they use every day will have to do for them. It's a financial struggle. They don't feel overly thankful because of this struggle and yes, they are envious of the A family.

The A family needs to be very grateful for their lavish lifestyle and if they need a reminder, maybe they can visit the B family! The B family needs to be very grateful because even though it is a struggle for them, there are other families who can't even afford a chicken.

Both families may think, defensively, but we work hard for this - we deserve it. Yes, and so does the poor worker in some far off country, bent doubled in a rice paddy, who works longer hours, in uncomfortable conditions and is lucky to afford rice for his family. If we look hard enough, we will ALWAYS find something to be grateful for – even if it comes down to just being loved in life by one person - our Mom!

Here are some other things to be thankful for:

Having a house to live in - some people have to live out of a car. And if you live in a car, that is also better than having to live outside in the elements with nothing more than a coat or a newspaper to cover you on some hard, cold park bench.

Whether you are rich or poor, there is something for everybody in our stores and supermarkets. We have variety that many in poor countries could not even begin to imagine! We may have to queue up and that is a pain in the neck - but not nearly as annoying as it must be for some Russian women who have to queue for HOURS just to buy bread! And in the snow!

For a job that enables you to pay rent and buy food - there are many unemployed. For the unemployed, give thanks for living in a country where there are welfare payments to assist you. There are countries in the world where there are no welfare payments and the family eats because of the efforts of charitable organizations or they don't eat at all.

Be thankful for your health. Look around and see the many thousands who suffer poor health or some form of disability that makes life extremely challenging for them.

For your children... with all their noise and mess and grey-hair causing behaviours – because there are many couples who cannot have children. There are some countries where you are only allowed to have 1 or 2 children, and there are countries where girl children are killed because sons are perceived as more valuable.

For the farmers who provide the food you ate on Thanksgiving - who work long thankless hours, who suffer the consequences of droughts and fires or floods just to make their living and get you your turkey for thanksgiving!

So, for those of you who celebrated Thanksgiving, I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving, and remembered all the things for which you can be truly thankful.

You WILL Make Money In Your Business

Have you been wondering why your business isn't making you the kind of money you want to make? Have you heard the concept about working "on" your business yet you still work mostly "in" your business?

As a coach I work with my clients to understand exactly what tasks they need to do to work "on" their business and find most people haven't a clue what will really grow and improve their business.

Every business has room for improvement. Even if you are making good or great money, you can work less and make more.

I know this as a successful business owner myself who has helped thousands of others to do the same.

It makes me sad to see promising businesses with excited business owners who are struggling and who can't figure out how to attract clients, make profits and be successful with their business.

I want to help more businesses create more income and profits and I know it can happen fast and actually is easy. Just by learning the easy, inexpensive and correct actions you can turn your business into a money-making machine.

I released the strategies I have used and coached others to use as a product as I realized I could not coach everyone in the world and I needed to share this system with more business owners.

By following what I outline and what I script for you and taking actions that feeeeeeeeeeel good, you'll double, re-doulbe and even re-double over and over and over again the income and profits you make from your business.

You can grab your copy here: http://terrilevine.com/UESforEntrepreneurs.html as well as a free report I created for you: http://terrilevine.com/129daysfreereport.htm.

I want for YOU to explode your business and income in an easy, effortless and joyfilled way!

More Lessons From The Achilles Event

I keep figuring out more and more by the Achilles rupture and how it has impacted my life and work. Yesterday I journaled about the fact that in some way I "fell" from my every day life and this event is now causing me to look deeply at my every day life. Things are changing. I am going inside more and seeing more and more who I am and what I desire at even deeper levels. More of my authentic self emerges each day.

I am fascinated with this process of discovery and how in many ways it is an awakening in my soul. I can feeeeeeeeeeel differences in my thinking and feeeeeeeeeeeelings and an evolution occuring.

Each event in our lives is perfect as it occurs. Although this one is painful and slow and impacts my life and work in so many ways, it is still a gift and I am open to notice and let in more and to discover and uncover more.

More to come!

Please Be Happy Right NOW!

Don't tell yourself that your life will be better when, you are older, graduate college, get married, buy a house, have a baby, retire, etc.

Do it NOW!

Don't wait to be happy, please be happy right NOW!

If not right this minute, then when?? Your life is always going to have stress, chaos and challenges - this is what life is made of. Why not just understand this fact and choose to be happy anyway? Happiness is your birthright and what The Creator intends for you.

Please deeply treaure and honor every second you are on the planet and make it even more special by sharing each moment you can with people that are really special to you - people who you really want to spend time with and remember that time does not wait until you graduate, have a baby, buy a house, or retire!

Please don't wait until you get that new car, buy that new house, have less debt, have kids, kids go to college, you loose weight, you get married, you retire or anything else... please don't wait until you die and leave the planet...

There is no better time than this moment to choose happiness.

As I say in my bestselling book Work Yourself Happy, "happiness is a journey, not a destination".

Work because you enjoy it, love because you don't fear being hurt, and always be YOU!

You are a wonderful and unique human being.

Please be happy right NOW!

Create YOUR Ideal Body

I was interviewed yesterday by a radio station host who read and was following my book Create Your Ideal Body who already lost 16 pounds. She said, "this program is do-able!"

I believe that the book let's you loose weight without dieting, exercise or pills and teaches you to loose weight and learn how to eat again.

When you totally have lost sight of how food is utilized in your life, then this is the perfect way to step "out" of your situation and re-learn how and why to eat like a human being should. For years food was my best friend (and enemy)... I used it to stuff away my feeeeeeeeeeeeeelings. I kept using food to EAT AWAY my emotions. When I learned that food is a fuel to help our bodies stay alive and that it is a privilege to be able to actually enjoy the taste of food, I was able to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

If you are committed in taking care of your body, the Create Your Ideal Body program will work for you.

Get into the swing of things NOW, before you pile on 20 more pounds for the holidays. Find out which foods you really do like best, and develop an eating schedule and you can start healing your body and mind from being overweight with this program.

Here's to happier and healthier and slimmer days!

Your Inner Coach

I train coaches and coach my clients to get in touch with their inner coach. This inner coach is the inside quiet, often subsconsious voice, that is always speaking to you. This inner voice is your authentic self speaking about it's desires and values. Not the "shoulds" and "should nots" that we've been taught and the beliefs we are dragging around.

Get quiet and be still. What is that little voice in your head asking for? What does it want?

Be honest. Allow yourself to get into what your inner coach wants. When you feed the inner coach you are feeding your soul.

A Meditation On Life Coaching

When I was growing up, development was easy. I went from crawling to standing to walking, with a few falls in between and some hurts I am certain. I simply kept trying. I ate what I was served although I often wanted something other than smelly fish and steak that was hard to chew and I developed my ablility to eat and swallow. I was growing bigger and going from baby clothes to toddler clothes to pre-teen clothes and teenage dress up clothes (finally) and it all simply happened. I didn't have to do anything, all was taken care of. Then I became an adult and I had to make choices. I had to decide when to walk, when to run and what to eat and drink. This stage of my development is tougher I have more choices. Actually it is beyond tougher it is at times very difficult. I hired a life coach ten years ago and know I will also have one to help me on this journey. I learned coaching skills to listen better, communicate better, love better, laugh more, know myself better, and balance my work and know my priorities. I know I am growing as a human being and evolving and having more joy and ease in my life because I have a life coach. Life coaching is my coaching manual for my life.

Daily Journal Responding

I use a process with many of my clients that I call Journal Responding. This is where clients record their feeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings that are coming up from their coaching work. This is what I refer to as inner or self-coaching. It allows the clients to surface up their deepest emotions and open up their inner feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings that are lying at their subconscious level. They report feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling lighter and more free once they get into using Journal Responding.

In order to grow and evolve and create personal well-being I find this tool highly valuable.

Try keeping a daily log of your inner emotions and feeeeeelings. Your journal can either be written down or recorded.

Manifesting What You Desire

If you are ready to manifest what you desire you need to understand that you give off energy all the time. If you resonate and give off energy of what you desire you will attract more of what you desire. This is fact - universal law.

So, why aren't you resonating with what you desire?

Your subconcsious is filled with old information... programs, stories, beliefs and lots of baggage you don't even know you are carrying around.

You haven't learned to focus on the energy and feeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings of what you want and you don't believe you really can have all you want.

So instead you manifest what you are an energy match to and often this is because you are thinking about how life is hard, how you don't deserve what you want, how you'll never get the right job, you'll never be financially secure or never attract your ideal mate or never build your dream business.

If you remember that what you think and feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel about you'll be able to use your thought and energy power to manifest what you really, really want. That is exciting!

Quantum physics tells us that humans have about 5000 thoughts per day and those thoughts create your life experience. I say choose those thoughts wisely and consciously.

Most people are not conscious of their thoughts and simply let in thoughts that don't serve them or that hold them back. You probably aren't even aware of these thoughts.

You might be thinking about how hard it is to attract clients or to make money or to loose weight or to be in a great relationship. Your brain may be saying, "I won't be able to make my business work... I'll never be successful... I can't loose weight.... I can't keep my weight off...I don't look good..." etc.

Again, you may not be aware of these deep subconscious thoughts.

These thoughts and feeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings create energy and that energy attracts just what you have been thinking about even if you say, "but I don't want that!"

The good news?? You can begin to manifest what you really want starting right now!

Simply shift your thoughts and consciously over and over and over again feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel what you really want frequently and consistently!

That was your halloween magic gift from me... enjoy!

Acknowledge Your Fears

I got a beautiful letter and photos from a woman who read my book Create Your Ideal Body 4 months ago. She shared that once she gave up dieting and worked with the book to uncover her fears, everything shifted. She began to really feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel what it would be like to have a body that was of the weight she wanted and each day began to resonate with those feeeeeeeeeeeeelings more and more. She followed the advice in the book and tossed out the diet books and articles and even her eating light cook books and just used her self-coaching skills to make conscious eating choices. She lost 20 pounds in 2 months and 37 pounds in 4 months.

She sent me before and after pictures and her story.

I feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel so joyful that this book is impacting people around the world and I want for more people to learn that having the body they desire actually comes with ease.

I love receiving these stories and photos and know I am serving others through my work.

I am grateful the universe is allowing me to do this work.

Would You Like More Prosperity?

I hear so many people speak about how they want to achieve greater prosperity. I am often asked if there is a magic formula for this. I will say it isn't magical it is simply Universal Law.

Our minds create things and what we think about most and the frequencies we resonate at most is what we draw to us. So, begin by spending time every day as often as possible feeeeeeeeling and believing you already are prosperous. Hold in your mind the feeling of having prosperity.

The more you feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel it and believe it, the faster it will manifest.

This goes for anything you want.

Why don't must people use this simple formula? Because while they are saying they want prosperity they aren't resonating with it. They don't feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel it, they don't believe it and they are subconscioulsy more focused on not having it and not believing they will have it.

Practice feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling the feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings you will have when you get what it is you want. The more you feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel the feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings the more you will change your resonance and be able to have what you do want.

Change Is Magical

We live in a world filled with constant change yet we fight change and feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel uncomfortable when there is change. Through coaching I share that change is magical, fun, easy, and can be welcome and embraced fully. Life is change and our world today is changing rapidly. Years ago we didn't have laptops, fax machines, Ipods, cell phones, and the world wasn't wireless.

Change brings some internal contrast or conflict. I shared on a call last night I was in a coffee shop and asked for a capuccino. Seemed simple. Then the clerk asked if I wanted skim milk, soy milk, whipped cream, mentioned 3 sizes, mentioned about 5 flavors and I had to laugh thinking that today even ordering a simple item is filled with choices.

As a coach one of my goals is to help my clients make permanent, positive, inspirational changes and then to empower them to own self-coaching skills to be their own internal coach when faced with change and decision making. Coaching tools and techniques provide an easy and effortless yet powerful way to get and keep your life on track.

A Week for Healing

I took off of work for over a week to focus on healing my achilles. I spent time practicing walking with my cast and walker and exercising my legs. I watched DVDs and listened to CD's on healing. I read books and friends came over and decorated my cast with healing words and stickers. Special friends brought in lunch and visited with me in my bedroom. We listened to music and chatted and I felt more like my old self.

I go back to work tomorrow and know that my achilles is feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling better and I am looking foward to the cast coming off in November.

I notice things I always took for granted like being able to use a sink, walk stairs, get to the refrigerator, walk outside the step to my house and get in and out of a car.

Gen Y Revisited (if only for the entertainment value!)

As you know I have been a bit of a lady of leisure recently, being forced to lie or sit while my torn achilles heals. So I've been doing some reading and was amused to read how the Gen Y-ers still continue to baffle and confuse.

What is there to be baffled and confused about? How straight forward are these people? They want a LIFE...not a career! Is that so hard to understand? What is it with employers who cannot grasp this simple concept? (These are obviously businesses and corporations who have yet to experience coaching!)

But that's not what made me chuckle. I've been reading about the reactions of the parents of this Y generation to their children's new philosophy on work and life and it's hard for them, too. If you are the parent of a Gen Y "kid", you might get some comfort from this... or if not comfort exactly, a new way of looking at them...

You've probably grown up with the work ethic that has made you a slave to your job. You believe in long hours and company loyalty because that's how you were brought up and how it worked in "your" day. Some of you worked very hard and missed your children growing up… and they missed you. Some of you worked very hard for your financial rewards, giving up your life for your company, only to be unceremoniously "dumped" when the company no longer wanted or needed you. They just showed you the door and left you on the unemployment heap. Your kids saw the effect of that on you, too, as well as their family. You could have had years of memories of fun times, camping trips, tennis matches, parties, get-togethers, games with your kids... but you don't... and neither do your kids.

You fool yourself that you WERE there for your kids because who was it who rushed around after school taking them to their football training, their swimming classes, their dancing, their music, their...whatever it was they were into. You made sure your kids had what you didn't, right? Every opportunity. Every chance to try as many different things as possible. You thought this made you a great parent. Your kids had the chance to try and do and learn so many exciting and wonderful sports and hobbies that your generation could only dream of when you were growing up.

Well, sure your kids loved that and I take my hat off to parents who love their children so much that they want to do that for them. But you know what else you did? You stressed them. You put too much expectations on them and expected them to devour everything with gratitude. You expected them to find boundless energy and enthusiasm to go from one activity to another in the name of opportunity and a better upbringing than you may have had. You brought up a generation who feels they must always be doing something and have withdrawal symptoms if they have 30 minutes to themselves with nothing to do or no adrenalin rush to enjoy.

And that's not all you did. You showed them that working until you are kicked out on the heap or you drop dead or are too old to enjoy life is NOT how to experience living or a life. You taught them that all work and no play not only makes Jack a dull boy, it makes Jack a lonely, unhappy, easily sick, short-lived, grumpy, miserable, stressed boy who has no friends... who may well end up divorced and have no family either!

Now perhaps you still work hard and you come home and your 20-something, instead of working hard like you, is lazing around the sofa, complaining that his or her 2 or 3 day a week job is too much. Perhaps he has resigned because the stress of the part-time job he had was too much and try as he might, he can't find new work because there just aren't many part time jobs available that aren't stressful!

You grit your teeth because you work 5-7 days a week, long hours, and here is your lazy offspring complaining about working 3 hours a week. And after all you did for them and taught them! How could they have turned out this way? You look at them sitting there, some with their Uni degrees, others with other various qualifications you've paid for or they've worked for, and they are complaining about being "stressed" or tired out.

They begrudgingly pay you a meager amount of rent from what little money they do earn, but how, you wonder, can they be satisfied earning peanuts that just covers their mobile phone bills and helps maintain their social lives! Where is their ambition, you wonder.

Well, it's not all YOUR fault... and it's not all THEIR fault. It's the times we live in. Our kids are exhausted because they live their lives the way we brought them up - cramming in too much. It might not all be sport now, it's probably replaced with other activities - but it is still there - it's all they know - it's what we taught them. Trying to achieve all that in their life AND work a full time job IS very tiring! We taught them to cram it all in... their sport, their friendships, their dancing or yoga, their hobbies, going to the gym, travelling... not to mention the modern-age time consuming activities of downloading music onto their ipods, browsing the internet and watching 100 channels on cable TV - that is if they are not playing some computer game! We forgot to teach them how to cope with it, or to be selective, and that it is okay to not do it all... we wanted them to have it "all" in the first place, remember?

The truth is, Gen Y are not lazy or spoiled "job hoppers" or no hopers. They are the product of their times and their upbringing. They've watched their parents and they don't want to sacrifice their reason for being here just for a job. They want a life. They want the time to experience what they are here on the planet to experience - just as you brought them up to do!

And spare a thought for the Y Generation who do not have Uni degrees or trade qualifications. It is even harder for them in our times to find a job than it was when we were their age. So many jobs are replaced by modern technology. Companies are using less people, often to do more work! And many companies insist on taking young people in on a contract basis, or a traineeship scheme, or some other scheme that means their position is not permanent or secure. Is it any wonder they leave or keep looking for a job that is secure and will allow them time to have a life as well.

I think the time has come for companies and parents to stop complaining about the Y Generation and maybe have a good long look in the mirror for their answers… and maybe it wouldn't harm them to take a leaf out of the Gen Y's book... when was the last time you sat and did nothing much or did anything just for the sheer joy and frivolity of it? When was the last time you "wasted" some time?

I'm forced to do it now, and you know, it's taken a while, but I can appreciate this... it's not so bad...sometimes it is quite nice. You try it. Go on... I dare you!

Feeeeeeeeeeeeeeling Even More

I noticed today how much I think rather than feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel. My mind goes into the analytical mode and problem solving and telling a story mode. I am practicing asking myself every few minutes what am I feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling and then making sure my answer isn't a story but is truly a feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling. I thought I was a very feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling person and now I see how much I think.

I am on a mission for the next 3-6 months to feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel more and think less.

The Next Three Minutes Could Save Your Life

Your Last Three Minutes...

You've just had a massive heart attack...
These are your last three minutes to live - all the time you have left before your brain stops functioning.

What will you do with your last three minutes?

Will you call 911? Will you think about your spouse, children or grandchildren? Will you think about all the things you've done or all the things you'd hoped to do?

Will you wonder if there was anything you culd have done to avoid having a heart attack?

Time Remaining: 2:45

Could All This Have Been Prevented?

Sadly, an American dies every 30 seconds from cardiovascular disease - often in the form of a heart attack. That's 3,500 people every day who experience their last three minutes.

In fact, chances are good that if you have two best friends, one of the three of you will die from cardiovascular disease.

What's more distressing - almost all heart attacks are preventable!

Time Remaining: 2:30

You May Not Know Your Risk Until It's Too Late

Heart attacks are caused by a build-up of plaque in your arteries. When plaque ruptures, blood clots are formed that lead to heart attack, stroke and perhaps your last three minutes.

The culprit? Plaque in your arteries is caused by too much bad cholesterol in the blood. In fact, the higher the level of bad cholesterol in your blood, the higher your risk of heart disease.

Health officials estimate that more than 50 percent of all adults have unhealthy levels of cholesterol and 42 million adults have dangerously high levels- you could be one of them without even knowing.

In many cases the first indication that there's a problem with your cholesterol level is a heart attack and death. Lower your cholesterol level and you'll lower your risk of heart attack.

Time Remaining: 2:00

Bios Life- A Revolutionary Breakthrough

Fortunately, the build-up of cholesterol can be slowed, stopped, and even reversed- thanks to the revolutionary innovation of Bios-Life.

Bios Life is a whole new dimension of maintaining healthy cholesterol levels and lowering the risk of heart disease. In fact, in clinical study after clinical study, researchers have proven the benefits of Bios Life.

Time Remaining: 1:45

A Safe, More Effective, Complete Solution

Over the past 10 years major companies have introduced prescription drugs to fight high cholesterol. These drugs are called "statins." Although statin drugs are effective for many people, they do have limitations and weaknesses. These weaknesses include only lowering cholesterol one way - slowing cholesterol production in the liver - and the well-documented potential of dangerous side-effects.

There are actually more ways to improve cholesterol levels in your body. Yet combining four ways to help you avoid the risk of cardiovascular disease has not been achieved - until now.

In a powerful fusion of science and nature, Bios Life is the only solution available that combines all four of these approaches to dramatically improve the cholesterol levels in your body - which is why Bios Life is recommended by more physicians than any other natural product.

Time Remaining: 1:15

Clinical Results: Only Bios Life Offers Complete Cholesterol Care

Extensive clinical testing has proven beyond all expectations that Bios Life is a major breakthrough. These studies show that Bios Life lowers LDL or "bad" cholesterol for participants with high LDL levels by an astounding 31%. Some participants reported decreases of up to 50%.

What is equally amazing is that the average increase of HDL or "good" cholesterol in those participants with low HDL levels was 29%, with some achieving increases of up to 85%!

Now for a surprise: If you're already treating your cholesterol levels with prescription statins, Bios Life will help you reduce your LDL cholesterol even futher.

The truth is, in addition to improving LDL and HDL levels, Bios Life lowers triglycerides- the form in which most fast exists in food as well as in your body and blood. Bios Life has also proven to stabilize blood sugar levels. No other supplement is more comprehensive for treating your entire lipid profile than Bios Life.

One more thing, Bios Life's only side effect is weight loss.

Time Remaining: 0:45

Don't Let Time Run Out On You

With Bios Life, the build-up of cholesterol in your body can be slowed, stopped and even reversed. It's a fact: improve the leveles of cholesterol in your body and you'll lower your risk of cardiovascular disease.

A majority of heart attacks are preventable. Yet despite all the advances in modern medicine, your fate is in your hands. Your choice today to start taking Bios Life may be the biggest factor in determining the quality and length of your life.

Time Remaining...your choice.

CHOOSE LIFE - BIOS LIFE.

You Could Be A Coach If...

Ever find yourself overcome with a mysterious urge to pick people up, dust them off, and set them off on the yellow brick road to success… even if you’ve never met them? Ever had to bite your tongue because some part of you desperately wanted to help someone, but decorum and a sense of “what will this perfect stranger think of me if I said that!?” holds you back? Ever fight this same, powerful urge when you come across somebody who is dithering, because he doesn’t really know what he wants to do, and if he does, he’s not doing anything about it?

Ever wonder why your view of the world is colored by a warm and cheerful, rosy hue, yet people around you are describing a dull, gray color? A Pollyanna you may not be, and you don’t have to see the world through rose-colored glasses, but if you see the world as a place of opportunity, a positive place, and you notice what is good and right – you are different to people who see shadows where you see cloud shapes, or if they do see cloud shapes, they’re looking at something like the grim reaper, and you’re seeing butterflies. Yes, some of us do believe life can be easy, uncomplicated and fun. We believe it, because we live it! If you live it too, or want to live it and want others to live it, there could be more at play here than just your good nature!

Do you really enjoy the company of people? Do you see them as unique individuals, yet part of a connected whole? Do you accept them without judgment? When everyone else talks about how rude and lazy Joe Bloggs is, do you see the wonderful potential he has and talk about how clever he is at making the most of his relaxation moments while the rest of the world grows stress ulcers? Wow! Have you got the symptoms!

What about how other people see you? Do you ever ask yourself, “What am I? Some kind of Dear Abby?” Do people, be they friends, family, or co-workers, come to you with their stories and ask for your advice, or just to cry on your shoulder and hope for your words of wisdom? Are you the keeper of their deep, dark secrets? Do people naturally confide in you? Do you enjoy that? Yes, maybe you do have a trusting face… but perhaps, it’s something more… Do you enjoy chatting with people about their problems? Of course, maybe you are just nosy, but let’s not discount the very real possibility that you are sincerely interested in other people and they sense that.

Perhaps you find talking to strangers an easy and fun thing to do. Maybe you have that golden knack of making people feel at ease – a pre-requisite for spilling the beans to you in the first place, wouldn’t you say? And if showing care and consideration to somebody who is upset is second nature to you, of course, this might be the “nursing instinct” in you that never had the chance to bloom because your education veered off in the other direction, and again, it might not.

Perhaps you have a background in teaching or training? Perhaps you admire public speakers who motivate others to greatness! It certainly fits into the jigsaw puzzle, doesn’t it? Speaking of puzzles… maybe you are one of those who can read between the lines of what is being said to you… you can really listen and hear more than just words. Yes, sounds like you have a great set of ears, but then again, great ears aren’t everything – although they do look terrific with great earrings - but you are using more than ears to listen to these people.

Are you innovative and entrepreneurial, and do you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and helping them? Do you enjoy finding new ways of doing things? Are you creative? Perhaps you are interested in doing something that will benefit society… these are all “signs”, you know! There is a name for all these feelings… there is an answer why you may often feel
frustrated because you can’t express the real you!

If most of these things remind you of yourself, I’m surprised you aren’t a Coach already! What good is all your great advice, expert knowledge and know-how if you can’t apply it to yourself? If your advice is good enough for other people, why don’t you take it? You want to help people, you enjoy helping people… I bet you’d love to be paid for it… so what’s stopping you?

If you are a great people person, who gets along well with all types of people from all walks of life, then you have a great gift, and those with such gifts who are benefiting individuals and businesses worldwide are known as personal and business coaches. Don’t you feel better now, knowing that there is a word for your condition?

If you are interested to work on your own personal development, willing to walk your talk and be an exceptional role model to others, you have what it takes to be an exceptional Coach.

Add to these talents a desire to be your own Boss, work your own hours, choose your own clients, your own niche, etc., and what we have here is a professional Coach.

So, now you know what your condition is, perhaps you are wondering how to deal with it, or even when to deal with it! Or maybe you’ve just been laid off work, or maybe you are ready for a change of career. Maybe you just want to work from home for personal reasons. Or it could be that the idea of helping people the way you have been, from the comfort of your own home, being your own boss, AND getting paid for it is just incredibly attractive! (It is possible to help people who don’t find that attractive – these are the same people who can’t see your butterflies… of course, they’d have to hire a coach first!)

Well, why not consider becoming a certified Coach? It's a way of being that allows you to work your own hours, while you help people attain their goals. It's challenging, fun, profitable, and rewarding. And best of all it removes that empty feeling you sometimes feel because you have these incredible gifts and the strong desire to use them to help the world and you just don’t know how!

The Joy of Serving

There are so many things I love about being a coach... the clients, the results, the lifestyle and freedom I have... and mostly serving others. By serving others I serve myself. What do I mean? I mean I coach because it feeeeeeeeeeeeeeels so good and I want to do it... so I am serving myself by doing something that I want to do and that feeeeeeeeeeeeeels good to me.

If you don't get this in your current work, you are missing out.

Serving is one of the experiences we are meant to have as human beings on this planet.

The Power of Thoughts

A thought has a significant impact on our body, mind, and spirit. Thoughts influence our feeeeeeeeeeeeelings and emotions. When you choose positive thoughts, you choose positive results.

Our human brains are specialists in focusing on the negative and watching out for what "might" happen. This negative thinking is an addiction many people are afflicted with.

In my experience the top reason to have your own coach is to change your thoughts from the inside out so you can live a life that is positive. This frees you up to more joy, more love, more ease, more health and more wealth.

Looking Out

In the past three weeks I have been outdoors three times: twice to go to the hospital and once to the Dr. I look out each day and notice the sun, clouds, birds, squirrels, trees, grass and flowers and am appreciating all of nature from indoors. I imagine sunshine on my body and laying in the grass and hearing the birds. I feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel nature inside me and am filled with appreciation for beauty.

My Angel

I am so blessed to have a caring and compassionate home health aide. Patricia does everything from sponge bathing me, shampooing my hair, shaving me, putting lotion on me, dressing me and making me feel comfortable. She always has a big smile and makes me smile, too. I feel very blessed to have this Angel and grateful that there are people willing to come to others homes, for minimal pay, to serve and assist others from a place of caring.

I will never forget her service and how much I look foward to her visits and how much better I feel after a visit from my angel!

I am grateful.

So What Is The Message?

When I was a kid my Grandmother always used to say, "God works in mysterious ways". I never fully understood what she meant. Then my Mom kept saying, "it is fate". I sort of understood these two wise women, but not with great depth.

As I have learned during my 48 years on this planet, there is a plan, and it is not our plan... something greater than us selects this plan and often it gets in our way, and is always there for some reason... I have been asking myself things like:
Why does my gentle and loving cousin have MS which has destroyed her life?
Why did my Mom leave the planet so young, suffering so greatly?
Why has one of my friend's spouses left the marriage and the children overnight?
Why am I in bed with a full cast?

And, on and on it goes.

And I've been hearing the answers... simply that we can't explain these things yet need to have faith, believe and accept.

Quiet and Still

Many people have been asking me what my leg injury means to me. First, it means to work on being further grounded and more with my first chakra. Second it means to slow down. And now I am also getting I need to be quiet and still. Moving slowly, being still and being quiet are not things in my daily routine... I should say were not... I am letting them in and getting my lessons from this injury each day. Interesting it is my achilles, yes?

Passing the Time

Boy am I grateful I can do my work while my ruptured achilles is healing. I am in my wheelchair with a little table holding up my laptop and phone so I can do my work and speak to my clients. I am so happy to have the freedom to work from home and to have passive income so the days when the pain is too great I can shut down and income still flows in.

Notes and Cards

One of the greatest joys of being a coach is receiving notes, cards, letters and emails from clients and students thanking me for my coaching, training or programs. It brings me such joy and satisfaction to know I am making an impact on others and doing work that has value.

Everyday I am thankful I choose the coaching profession as a way to serve and know that I am doing what my heart and soul is called to. Realizing people appreciate the work I do is the icing on the cake.

I am filled with gratitude for my clients and students and customers who allow me to touch their lives.

911

September 11 is the date of my late Grandmother's birthday. Now it is the date that I connect to lives lost tragically by some people who know only hate. I thought about my Grandmother yesterday and held fond loving memories of her and then I held loving energy for all those impacted by 911 and hoped that love would also come to those filled with hatred. It isn't just one race or culture... it isn't a bad country... it is a problem in our world that many live with hate and anger. My wish is for people of all kinds to experience and feeeeeeeeeeeeel and desire peace. Where there is peace there can be no inner thoughts of hatred.

Orthopedic Problem

Doing my usual workout which I enjoy so much, I heard a very, very loud explosion. Looked behind me and nothing was there. Then I realized the noise came from inside my leg! I could no longer stand up. After 5 hours in the emergency room I was diagnosed with a ruptured achilles. In soooooooooooooo much pain morphine and percocet did nothing at all:(

Went to surgeon the next day and he said it is torn and I also shredded another muscle in my calf.

Went for MRI the next day... another 5 hour wait:( Anyway, they confirmed the rupture but that I did it the opposite way they typically tear. Going to surgeon on Thursday and will find out what is happening next.

Sounds like surgery, 12 wks of full leg cast and a full yr. of rehab. Pretty painful and really interrupting my usual life and work flow... another part of life's chaos that I will need to deal with.

Sad News:(

While I was away on business and vacation last week, my dog, Sheba, had to be put to sleep. I am not sure if she feel down the steps or what happened. She was home with my dad and he found her in the morning crying and laying full out at the bottom of the steps unable to move and in great pain, crying loudly.

He could not lift her and had to wait until the workers doing our remodeling showed up and they put her in his car so he could bring her right to the emergency vet down the street.

The vet gave her a steroid shot and then said she was becoming paralyized and suffering and so he had to make the difficult decision of letting her go.

I miss her and keep looking for her to sit here in my office with me.

She was a lovely animal and I feel blessed we had her for so many years bringing love and joy to our household.

Coaching Article

Read an article today in the Wall Street Journal that came out about a month ago about how a construction firm hired executive coaches to make the managers softer. I am glad that people are getting that management is dead and making the move to coaching.

The article said that Executive Coaching has grown to a $1billion business with executives from General Electric, and Ebay, examples of companies embracing coaching. I know Yahoo and Gementech have coaches too and hold that smaller organizations will hire executive coaches knowing they can have the "secret weapon" the big dogs have, too!

Celebrating My Weekend Joys

The past few days have been sooooooooooooo joyfilled! Thursday night I went out with Mark and a few of our friends to a barbeque and we listened to great music and ate and talked and laughed. We came home and shared some port wine and conversation and my niece and her family came from NY to our home and joined us.

The kids stayed up late and we all talked and played.

The next day my great nephew (and he IS GREAT!!) went to work with Uncle Mark and the rest of us played and chatted... we all had lunch and dinner together and did a lot more playing!

Saturday we went shopping and the kids got some new toys and I gave my nephew my own toy (a Furby!) which we brought back to life and all enjoyed.

Today, my niece and I went to get our manicure/pedicure together.

After they all left to go home I watched an Indy Race where Marco Andretti won - the youngest person to win a race! Then Mark and I spent time together connecting.

Now I am catching up with work as I have a full few days before vacation.

Man, my life is all paradise and I appreciate each person and each second soooooooo deeply!

Create Success

Take time to reflect and set new goals that move you towards more of what you do want each day. If any of your goals aren't fun and jazzy, know you won't do them. Instead, set goals that you are excited about and that pull you foward.

Never shoot for perfection. Simply choose to improve and take baby steps forward. Notice the positive changes you are making and fully embrace and celebrate those.

Have belief in yourself. You have been successful at many things in your life and you can and will be successful in many more.

Finally, persist. Past not quite rights have helped you change your course. Don't ever give up, just move foward and learn lessons along the way.

Diabetes

Diabetes has been showing up everywhere. My husband has it, 4 of my good friends have it, my grandfather and aunt had it, Mark's aunt and cousins have it and my sister's husband has it. Coming from the health care profession I have witnessed diabetes in action: chronic fatigue, obesity, wounds that won't heal, and death.

There is a natural product called Bios Life that has been proven effective in controlling blood sugars. This product is recommended by the former director of clinical studies at Emory University School of Medicine and many other leaders in healthcare.

Mark takes it, our friends and family take it and I take it.

It is completely safe and natural and the only side effect is weight loss.

I urge you to try it for 90 days. Have your cholesterol or blood sugars tested before you take it and then again in 90 days and see the results for yourself. At the same time, weigh yourself and see how much you have lost in a few short months, too!

Read about it and order it at: http://www.bioslife.com. Please put in reference number: 97095001.

Spread the health!

Testimonials

Yesterday was an EXTRAordinary day. I spent the morning writing testimonials for people who have served me well that I just decided to jot notes to. Then when I got to email in the afternoon, after mailing those notes out, my in box was flooded with testimonials about some of the mentors from The Coaching Instititute, about the live training, about a class I gave last week and one about one of my fantastic assistants. It felt so good to write testimonials and so good to read those that came in as well.

Who can you send a note of thanks to today?

It is a great feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling!

Awesome Event

I am on cloud 9 since yesterday, when I had the opportunity to meet and train and get to know about 30 amazing people from all around the US! They came to our live coach training event for free, under a scholarship, to just pay for lunch and materials. What an awesome group! The energy in the room was high, the people were bright, fun and engaging and I saw sooooo many natural coaches. We had graduates of Comprehensive Coaching U and The Coaching Institute and mentors from the program as well as current students and new folks who wanted to learn about coaching and get some coaching skills. The entire room was a joy and I left feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling "high". What a great way to spend a day! I am grateful for the opportunity to be of service to people and to share coaching skills and this profession with others!

We are doing anothe scholarship event Oct. 6-7 and do have some scholarship seats. If you want to be trained as a coach or be coached or just to meet EXTRAordinary people and have a fun weekend, I invite you to email rachel@coachinginstruction.com for a scholarship application.

Justice Has Been Served!

If you recall back in April, I spent most of the month engaged as a witness for a trial involving a web company I hired many years ago and one that I also invested money in. Both Mark and I were called to be witnesses in the case against the company.

Yesterday I was informed that the verdict came in, finding both of the defendant's guilty. I am glad to hear this as they scammed so many innocent people out of money and were involved in everything from RICO fruad to money laundering.

The head hauncho, Bernie, never showed any remorse over his actions at all. He was found guilty on every count.

Anyway, sentencing is in October.

I am glad to see that in this case our justice system worked and happy to know I've been some small part of assisting justice.

Family and Friends

The past month or so has been filled up with abundance! I have re-connected with a friend from Florida and had many chats with her... re-engaged with a friend who drifted away for a bit... spent a lot of time with my 3 very close friends, doing fun things... and discovered many new friends!

I have had the joy of having my youngest niece come for a quick visit with her Mom, followed by my nephew (who is going to college in a few weeks) come for a nice long visit, and then this week my oldest niece is coming for a visit and the following week one of my other female nieces is coming with her family.

Between all the time I am allowing myself to spend with family and friends I am working and creating and taking care of me. I am fully and deeply enjoying this experience and am grateful to have so many EXTRAordinary people in my life! I feel surrounded by love and I fully give love to those in my life.

Hormones

One piece of information I studied last week that was a surprise to me is that there is a significant link between hormones and heart disease. Hormone imbalances can cause signficant changes in blood vessels, sugar metabolism, cholesterol levels and other risk factors for cardiovascular disease.

Cardiovascular disease (heart disease and stroke) is the number on cause of death. It kills one in three women. Unfortunately, few women consider it a personal risk. Even women who know they're at risk are unsure about how to recognize and prevent cardiovascular disease.

Stress can cause dramatic shifts in hormone balance. This can lead to "metabolic syndrome" characterized by high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, abdominal weight gain, and diabetes. Women with metabolic syndrom are at high risk for heart disease. For some of these women, the risk is 10 fold.

Managing your cholesterol is a critical step towards reducing your risk of cardiovascular disease. Fortunately, there is an all-natural forumula that outperforms prescription medications for managing cholesterol.

Health Information

I just got back from NY where I spent a few days learning about heart health and man do I have some powerful information to share! I have a burning passion to get the word out on this!

I won't go into great details today... basically... bad lifestyle decisions we are making are creating our poor health. Each year, the number of people who die is equal to the population of a city like Philadelphia... imagine, a city like ... the entire population... just gone!

People loose 14.2 years of their lives due to heart attacks.

50% of men and 64% of women who died of heart attacks had no symptoms.

Cardio vascular disease is a lifestyle disease.

Diabetes is now considered heart disease.

Cardio vascular disease is the number killer worldwide... it represents 40% of all deaths... 1.3 million people die each year in the US alone from this disease... that is 3500 deaths a day... or 1 death every 24 seconds... hundreds of people died while I was writing this and while you are reading this!

Cardio vascular disease is the number one killer of women over age 25.

And, 90% of us have high cholesterol and don't even know it!

Mark and I take a product that is the only clinically proven, safe and natural way to keep LDL down an average of 20% and increase HDL an average of 24%. This natural product is the number one product recommended by doctors and is in the PDR, and is the BEST solution to unhealthy cholesterol and the risk of heart attack.

If you want a safe way to lower cholesterol that is all natural and would like me to personally tell you about it, let me know. The only side effect is weight loss.

Success Library

A few years ago I created the ultimate, turnkey, coaching practice system for business, personal and life coaches. The library has more and more goodies added to it and is becoming a massive library at this stage. I am going to be gifting library memberships to the members of my Graduate Intensive very shortly. This intensive is for students who have graduated Comprehensive Coaching U or The Coaching Institute only. I am excited about serving the graduates at a very high level and giving them the library as a gift. More to come...

Today I woke up to great news... 2 of my clients that I have never met, are both traveling to Philadelphia this summer! One is coming at the end of August and I'll get to meet them at the airport for some lunch and a chat... the other is coming in early September and will be staying with a friend a few miles from my home and we are planning to meet for coffee and a chat!

I so desire to meet all my students and clients and each time I get this experience I am filled with gratitude that the Universe connected us in person.

I also look foward to the scholarship event and meeting so many new people as well as some of my clients and fellow coaches and students and graduates of The Coaching Institute and Comprehensive Coaching U! I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!

Visions in My Head

I have been seeing and feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling a lot of visions about water... pools... beaches... jacuzzi's... waterfalls... lakes... rivers... oceans...

I took action based on how often this is showing up and spent a lot of time showering, bathing, in the pool, in the hot tub and now am planning a beach vacation.

I think my inner coach must desire water, so I am honoring her needs.

I know that when I am by the water I feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel one of my essences: calm.

Most be time for calm!

Baseball

I grew up in NY and my father worked for Barry Halper, who owned a piece of the Yankees, so I am a huge Yankees fan! This weekend we went to Baltimore to watch them play there and I had a great time, like always. The city was swimming with our Blue and White colors and Yankee fans were everywhere! The weather was hot and sunny and we did a lot of walking and met tons of people and discovered new areas to play in Baltimore, too!

I love connecting with different people and speaking with people and hearing about where they live and what they do and just tuning in to their greatness.

I feel very connected with humanity.

All this, from a weekend of baseball.

Wow!

Mother Nature

It is very hot and humid on the east coast and has been since Saturday. I am not sure why Mother Nature is so heated up!

I still got out and enjoyed having my convertible top down, but I did cheat and have the airconditioning running:) I waited till about 7:00 to take a walk in the park, so the sun was down, even though the humid didn't drop.

I am having my office expanded and the poor workers outside all day in that heat. I brought them water and kept asking them to come in the airconditioning for a few minutes but they would not.

I am glad that there have been very few illnesses/deaths reported due to the heat and people seem to be following heat precautions.

Mother or Father Nature is clearly heated up about something!

Adult Learning

I am designing a new training program for a corporation and spent a great deal of time watching children in the playground while coming up with this one! It might sound whacky but I think it makes sense... try this on...

Most people don't like to be "trained"

They do thrive on interaction... the kids in the playground were having fun! I am making my training fun with new activities.

I also watched as kids made up games... some were silly, and all interesting... I am going to use games related to the work these folks do which will be fun and engage all team members. I might even get some silly prizes!

I also noticed that the kids got bored fast... so no activity will be long... we'll take a lot of breaks and change up the activities every 20 minutes or so.

I can't wait to train this corporation and to bring this model to other companies!

Counting Blessings and Asking for Prayers

On Friday I got a call from my friend and partner and a woman I love and adore, Mary Heidkamp who was struck by a car while riding her bike. Mary has many serious injuries and remains in the hospital. Mary and I spoke again last evening and she was counting her blessings to be alive. I share this with her and know with her fight and guts and all the prayers pouring in, she will fully recover.

If you are reading this blog, I ask you from my heart to keep Mary and the driver who hit her, who is distraught, both in your prayers and send them light and love and great healing energy.

I appreciate your loving thoughts for this outstanding human being.

Connected Energy

As you may know I have a few live events on my plate - more than usual. My friend asked me about this the other night... she asked why I just didn't stay at home and coach and teach and train.

Well, it is because I love the experience of full connected energy.

When I play with high caliber authors, mentors, coaches and colleagues, I get amped up and juiced more! When I get to be with my top clients and students and deeply connect with them in person and full out support them and share live energy with them - we all get amped up!

I simply can't be at home all the time;)

So, not only am I doing Coaching Scholarship Live Experiences, I am doing The Learning Spa and an event (secret right now!) out in California in November with Pamela Harper, Jack Rafferty and Gary De Rodriguez!

I hope I'll get to be with YOU, live and to share energy and a deep connection. These events are very unusual and different than any you have experienced and I have worked hard to make them unique and totally transformational!

Connected energy is where it is at for me!

Festive Night in Philly

Last night we went we a few couples to a great restaurant in Philadelphia where they have "Christmas dinner" a fun atmosphere and wine and cordials flowing.

The friendship was great, the laughs awesome and the food and wine rocked.

Althought it was a late play night and I get up at 5 AM for my workout, I don't feel the least bit tired and am ready to go.

Looking foward to another great day of clients, classes, students and sharing and growing and then wonderful connection tonight with a friend who is calling this evening and of course, my family time.

Ain't life great!
